I'll admit, the thought of Madonna doing halftime made me puke in my mouth but it actually wan't that bad of a show. Of course when you're watching it on a 55" plasma with Bose surround show blasting anything looks and sounds pretty good. Even one of DSs heffers.

a good friend of mine has a cute wife who is a fanatical NFL fan. She goes crazy watching football and he can't even be around her.

If I ever listed the 5 hottest women in the world, she'd be in that group.

I would love for my wife to be crazy about any major sport

I don't mind a woman who is a fan and wants to watch the game as long as she understands the game and isn't loud and obnoxious. I find that hot. But please shut the fuck up about your kids, your job or how the hell you made the tuna salad that nobody touched as the Giants are driving with 3 minuets left. Go into the pot smokers room and let me watch this thing I've been watching for the last 3 hours end.

And one other random bitch before I forget and the kids get home.

One of my friends wives hates commercials. I met her for the first time when we did the AFC/NFC Championship party two weeks ago. Every time a commercial came on she whined like a bitch to turn it down so people could talk. I told her if she wanted to talk she needed to find someone who actually wanted to listen and then go upstairs. Her husband looked at me and gave me a thumbs up. Last night (the bitch who made the tuna salad is the same one) I told her before the game that the the volume will be turned down during the actual game so the guys could banter and the commercials will be played at an ear popping level because that's part of the whole Super Bowl thing. (I warned her husband ahead of time and had been ripping him about it ever since 2 weeks ago). She stayed upstairs until the last 3 minutes. Then I shooshed her again.

Her Tuna smelled as rank as one of DSs whales.

I liked the buried cat Doritos one too because cats are spawns of Satan.

Reminds me of the time I finally let my cat outside. It was the 4th of July and I wanted him gone. The fireworks freaked him out enough that he never came back and I never had to take an allergy pill again.

Funny how John Elway's numbers as far as big games is almost identical to Brady's (6 conference championship appearances, 5 Super Bowl appearances), but for some reason by winning at the end of his career, it seems like Elway was better...

Man wins $50,000 on Tom Brady’s safety
By Maggie Hendricks | Shutdown Corner – 4 hours ago

(Twitter.com/BenJLyons)A safety is a rare play in any game, but for it to happen in the Super Bowl as the first score of the game? No one would expect that to happen. No one would lay a bet on something so unlikely, right?

Wrong. Jona Rechnitz bet $1,000 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas that the first score of the game would be a Giants safety. With 50-to-1 odds on such an unlikely score, Rechnitz is walking away from Las Vegas with a $50,000 pay day.

The safety came when New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was flagged for intentional grounding from his own end zone, giving the New York Giants two points. Brady's lapse in judgment started the game off on the wrong foot for New England, and gave Rechnitz a cool $50K. Do you think he'll send Brady a thank you note?

Before taxes (which means he may not have walked out with that cash amount...not sure whether they pay net or gross when the winnings are that large).

I thought Brady threw Welker a shitty pass, considering how open he was. Still a catch that Welker makes at least 70 percent of the time. Andre Johnson had a similar "drop" in that Bengals playoff game. The pass to Deion Branch was simply a matter of Brady waiting a split second too long to let it go. The defender made an excellent play on the ball/receiver. Dumbass Cris Collinsworth would have you believe that Branch, while running his route, is supposed to know when Brady's under duress and break his freaking route off early enough to bail out poor Tom. Good Christ. Like I said, the QB suckoff is getting out of hand to the point where guys who should know better aren't making any damn sense.

And it goes both ways. Collinsworth made a comment about (I believe it was) Manningham running his route too far to the sideline, forcing poor Eli to throw the ball out of bounds. Bullshit. Eli simply threw the fade route too far to the outside shoulder. Just because the receiver is jammed to one side and ends up running his route closer to the chalk doesn't mean the QB has to throw the ball that far to the outside. QBs DO make bad throws sometimes you know.

Christ.

Im guessing that wasn't his only bet and he lost some as well.

for some reason, chicks who are really into sports kind of turn me off. It's one thing to have a basic understanding but another when they throw on the jersey and start screeching at the TV, too.

if it gets into the way of other things, yea I wouldn't like it.

While I think a woman who is into sports is cool, I couldn't stand being around someone who moped and whined 2 or 3 days after a loss.

I like watching sports and I'm not the gal that wants to be in the kitchen getting the dips ready. I've gone to Super Bowl parties where the guys and girls split, guys watch, girls play cards. F that. I kindly refuse the girls and sit and watch the game. HOWEVER, I'm not a guy. I don't try to act like I know all that's happenning. I'm not dumb either. I can appreciate good plays and calls but there are those times I'll ask questions...not annoying, mind you. I'm not loud unless I'm laughing at your joke or cheering when a touchdown is scored. I'm not a guy and I sure as hell don't want to act like I am. I really believe you all'd be ok with me sitting in your living rooms.
