puter, can't you find a Daily Netherlander or Daily Kraut to report on their national healthcare operation? Nearly all industrialized countries have government-run or hybrid health systems yet you always pick on the limeys.

BREAKING: Fourth Circuit Majority Votes To Uphold The Affordable Care Act | The Fourth Circuit just handed down two opinions ordering that Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s challenge to the Affordable Care Act, along with another challenge to brought by Jerry Falwell’s Liberty University, must be dismissed on jurisdictional grounds. However, Judge Davis dissented from the Liberty University opinion to say that he would reach the merits and uphold the law, and Judge Wynn wrote a separate opinion saying that the law should be upheld as a valid exercise of the Taxing Power. Accordingly a majority of the court voted to uphold the law and today’s opinion should be read as a victory for the Affordable Care Act on the merits.

Obamacare will probably undergo several more judicial ups and downs until it arrives at SCOTUS, and is there found to be constitutional.

He is still getting slobbed by the MSM, he will return to Oprah and he will win. Probably rather easily.
I tend to agree, although I think it will be close. Obama will do the meringue on "Dancing With The Stars," tear up with the ladies on "The View," show off his six pack abs in "Survivor: DC," and showcase his superb negotiating skills on "Pawn Stars." These substantive and presidential performances will be enough to re-elect him.

Professor Tiger wrote:Well, it wasn't that hard to do. Those old corsairs had big jet intakes at chest level. Were they ABH's?
No, Line Div personnell.

We didn't have ABHs in the squadron, all of us went there TAD before reporting to our shops, so we all did the ground handling in addition to being Plane Captains.

With yeomen and quartermasters posing as ABH's, no wonder the A-7 sucked them in. They didn't call it "The People Eater" for nothing.

Paul is lucky that Perry didn't pull out his .44 magnum and make his day.

I don't know who wrote her speech, but this was pretty good and spot on. If she wrote it then maybe I underestimate her...

"Duncan took the opportunity to tell a crowd of mostly officials and reporters that “teachers have been beaten down too long” and “I think we need to double the salaries for teachers... Great teachers should make $130,000, $140,000, $150,000. They shouldn’t have to wait to age 55 to make a good living. They shouldn’t have to take a vow of poverty.”

Sardis, I am shocked - SHOCKED! - that my Mayor Emanuel "exploded" and used profanity in a lady's presence. She probably got a package of dead fish wrapped in a flak jacket, as a parting gift.

Rahm is Chicago, through and through...

Too bad folks have stopped making GWB monkey face comparisons. That would be a good one.
