Spacer,

Has nothing to do with my post count. The mods on the SEC boards are Dr. Strangelove and aTm. That is just wrong.

I made you a mod there this morning. I'd be more than happy to add moderators to those boards if anyone else would like to share responisibility with you.

Tell your underlings that Im sorry to inflict this upon them.

At least until such time as A&M joins the SEC and I have to wrest control back away from their overlord.

Odd. I deleted all users who had 0 total posts and the board membership dropped from 1758 to -34. We now have negative membership.

OK, I found a "resynchronize statistics" button in my control panel and that changed us back to a reasonable 111 members.

I have a question fror the super brilliant techno gentlemen----I have several DVD's in Region 2--someone told me I could change the region on my DVD player to Universal with the remote control--anyone know how to do that?

I"m not familiar with that, however I did buy a remote off ebay for my panasonic DVD recorder that overrode the region code and the copyright protection but this was a hacked remote , not an off the shelf one.

You can look up the codes online, but not all DVDs are hackable that way Cat. For instance, mine isn't. I ended up having to get some free region free software for my computer and watched my Spaced DVDs on that.

More info please Mook...I have a lot of region 2 movies--some I can watch on the computer some not--don't know what the difference is

For the DVD codes, just type in "region free DVD codes" in google. Look up your specific unit on one of the lists and follow the instructions. For my shitty DVD, there is no such code, but yours might have one.
