Not until I prove he's lying.
E, I just blocked you on Facebook. See if you can find me in search. Let me know what happens.

Here's the pic of my daughter he posted (which if you remember I really didn't care about). FYI, this picture was posted on December 19, 2010. Again, if he blocked me, how could he have this?

I think he fell in love with those eyes.

I agree. I'm just sad to see Mook go out like this. I liked him too. Now do you understand why I never let my kids watch those stupid fucking Japanese cartoons?

posting other people's facebook pics = shady

I agree it might be "shady", but, without presuming to tell anybody else how they should feel about it, I can't see how posting a pic in here amongst people we've all "known" for years (at least in a cyber sense) that you yourself have freely put up on a similar type of website (Facebook), is that big of a deal. Yes, I know: "But that was MY choice to put it on FB, I didn't give permission for anyone to reprint it in HERE". I get that, and I also get that it is somewhat annoying, sure, but, at least for me, it wouldn't be a reason to leave here for good. That's just me, though.
Now then, it if was somebody constantly posting picture after picture (even though I already had them posted on FB), I would probably be annoyed, but even then I still wouldn't leave. Not defending Rat here or saying Mook is "wrong", but it just seems that far "worse" things have been said and done than posting a FB pic in here. I can't even really remember the pic of Mook that Rat posted, but IIRC, it was just a standard shot. Not a bad pic at all. Still, I think Rat should apologize. Mook is a good poster, he brings alot to this place. AA, too...

I don't know what to think about really. We've been a group for years and more importantly, we all know Rat...yet he still manages to chase people off.
ding, mook , floater....not sure who else
I always get a bit lost when one of us suddenly decides to draw a line in the sand when generally we don't give a fuck about something. I'm like ..wait...you actually stand for something on here?
Utlimately, Rat is in the wrong - which is a constant theme on here.

"ding, mook , floater....not sure who else"
Ding left because he got a life (although he has posted on the Bearcats thread recently)
Floater left because he had me confused with someone else with his Washburn theory.
I don't really get why Mook left though. I guess I thought he had tougher skin and I thought he looked cute in that picture. But hey, if ya see Mook, tell him I'm sorry, it won't happen again. If I crossed your line in the sand, I apologize.

I'll just go on record as saying that it's probably a wise thing to simply not post pics/personal info of any other TGP member without their consent. Simple as that. Whether it seems like no biggie or not is irrelevant. We've had enough issues in the past where it's at least a small issue and enough of one that it'd just be a really good idea to not take the liberty.

I think the worst thing you can do is piss someone off here to the point they don't come back.
well, except for Talent
the regulars are the backbone of this place. If it gets down to like 6 of us its not going to be very interesting.

I blame whoever posted Metzgers pic & bio over at CNN/SI for this.

Exactly. Unless they are idiots like goldie. I like Mook. Hell I roomed with him when we went up to Chicago for a weekend along with Ding, Bluecat, C MAC, and some Mormon from Utah who I assume I also ran off as well. Mook even puked at the stench of my morning shit as he showered (or something like that). We shared a bed once. Mook is a West sider, I'm an East sider, here in Cincinnati there's a big difference. I-75 is our version of the Berlin Wall. He's GCL, I'm GMC (high school football leagues, again, a big deal here). The only thing Mook and I disagree about (I believe) are UC, Reds & Bengals. (Oh and that Japanese cartoons are entertaining. Actually, they are creepy) Same things Ding and I argued about. Again, I underestimated Mooks thickness of skin, not poking, just saying, my bad.

I guess I missed the memo that removed "disrespection" from the title header.

good point
"disrespection" in a "forum without decorum".... it's right on the banner

I agree with that as well, but I guess there has to be some base line of civility and it seems that posting personal info without permission for the sole purpose of antagonization is that line, whether such activities bother me personally or not...

It was a face pic hedge. I had no idea Mook had self confidence issues.

The whole thing is a bit odd to me...on all sides. Don't agree with the pic posting...don't understand the extreme sensitivity around it, either.
AA seems to have left also...because he couldn't contact Mook as easily as he would expect. So, essentially, Rat ran him off too.
