What was her defense for spending over $700 million of investor money on a company that never produced anything, all the while her threatening and suing former employees who tried to tell her what the problems were?

I'm just a girl. Smile. How could I possibly be held responsible for running a company and handling money and decisions? (blush, giggle)

That was her defense. Lets see if the "I'm just a girl" defense saves her from facing 20 years in prison.
