Now they are arguing about 10 games. The players want 70 the owners want 60. What a fucking nightmare.

The owners want the least as many games as possible. No fans equals no revenue. They will already be losing money each game. Guaranteed pro rated per game salaries is what they despise the most. Small market teams want the season to be canceled. They can't afford it. Well, they can but it will take a long time to dig out.

At this point I don't give a fuck about baseball. I'm worried about the NFL. We lose that and the world will end.

"At this point I don't give a fuck about baseball. "

Finally, you're coming around to the opinion of virtually everyone else...

Some of the reports coming in of college football players getting sick is casting serious doubt on a football season in 2020. I'm beginning to think that the world as we knew it is gone forever.

I'm still holding out hope that both college and pro football seasons won't happen. Thus, the Bengals pick number one in each round again next year. The sacrifices we make for the greater good. It's hard.

Does anyone know if tickets will be sold for baseball or will they play to the television only? I can't find anything on it.

What are you doing for opening day? My son is coming over for a grill out. I bought the grandsons new Reds shirts. I hope I can go to a game this year.

You're not going to a game this year.

DS's glee in delivering that news is palpable...

Conversely, I, for one, am glad I won’t see the Pirates this year.

DS lives in Carolina. What the fuck does he know about baseball?

But sardis is right. I don't think many want to watch the Pirates this year. Especially since Clint the dickhead is gone.
