And Pete Davidson was really freakin high on Weekend update. Hilarious. Besides that the show sucked

I liked the McGruber skits. The character on the Weekend Update skit that Davidson sat in on is funny too. What was up with the musical guest though? He was like Perry Ferrell's bastard child...

for whatever reason I heard the phrase "we're gonna go back into time" and that reminded me of this song

the most 70's song ever written

My 70s was better than your 70s

I always figured this was the most 70s song that ever existed

It takes the entire decade of the 1970s to listen to it. I think my dad had this on reel-to-reel.

IMHO, there are 4 women's voices (in all of music history) that are/were perfect, the perfect voice. In no particular order
  • Adele
  • Mama Cass
  • Stevie Nicks
  • Karen Carpenter
Honorable mention (near perfect) to Barbara Streisand, Marilyn McCoo, Aretha Frankin, Linda Rhondstat and Carly Simon

not sure how that makes me a faggot, but you are welcome to your opinion.

I'll bet your parents made you play the violin and watch Lawrence Welk.

No they did NOT. You think my folks wanted to waste their hard earned money on me playing an instrument that I didn't want to play? No way. Too cheap rat, too cheap.

I tried to teach myself guitar but I couldn't do it. I can play just a little bit of piano, but that is self-taught. I learned as an adult and I can play Happy Birthday. That is about it to my musical instrument expertise.

This is what I think of when I think of more obscure but definitely 70's music:
