Code of Conduct. It seems they broke it. That'll piss off their superiors.

Sex, prostitutes and the President. If you ran a newspaper you'd put it on the cover daily and talk about it for 5 or 6 pages. Your readership would explode and your publisher would be patting you on the back for the sales bump.

It's really quite simple to see (IMO) how it would be a big story that stayed in the news...and how it would piss off the big guys in the Dept of Homeland Security.

If by joke you mean how the world views us, I don't think a sex scandal with the Secret Service play much of a part in it. I wonder how the Secret Service were when JFK was getting BJs from college freshman for his buddy's at pools or when Eleanor Roosevelt was checking the axe wounds of her paramours...
