I got that, but I was looking for some more specific details of the type of dickishness that is understood to adhere in people who desire to move to Cleveland. You know, like if we were talking about people from Kentucky, we'd say "toothless" and "inbred". That's the kind of detail I crave...

In Cleveland, courts have punished people by making them stand outside holding a sign saying 'I am an idiot.' Some behavior that got thus punished: a woman who drove on the sidewalk to pass a school bus, a man who drunk dialed 911.
