It was awesome even though tape delayed. Word got around they won before the telecast that night, even without social media. Some say this is an over exaggeration, but I believe this event was the main catalyst that turned this country around. Led to Charlie Daniels “In America” a few months later, then the election of Reagan later that year.
The end of a great era.

That Arizona game broke my heart last night. Washington State, they might win a few games in March and maybe even April.

Hockey isn't ready for that.

We got fucked by MLB in 1981. That was the end for me. I still HATE the dodgers almost as much as I do dook* basketball.

The big slow/lanky white guy for Duke is on camera trying to take out some Wake fans after they rushed the court.

this is the most maddening year I've had as a UK fan

UK is about to drop 120 on Bama, can't beat .500 LSU

storming the court at Wake, Duke player hurt

watching the replay, fan is running by and he tries to forearm shiver the kid, fucks up his ankle

I agree that storming needs to stop, and because its a Duke kid, everyone is going to take out the torches and pitchfork against Wake

but he needs to own up to the fact that had he just calmly walked off the court, he'd be playing in his next game

Storming the court is the best thing about college hoops. Don’t dumb it down because of one angry white dude.

When a player loses, their negative emotions take over and exaggerate the situation. Same thing happened with Caitlin Clark a week or two ago. When she got hit by a fan storming the court, she rolled on the floor like a Premier League soccer player.
