I am very happy for Patrice to find a way to "monetize inequality and grief" to the point that she can afford to do this, hopefully NOT at the expense of others. How truly capitalist of her.eCat wrote: ↑Sat Apr 10, 2021 4:16 pm Black Lives Matter founder buys $1.4 million home in Topanga, which has a black population of 1.4%. all of this is just a fucking joke
Seems a little sketchy to me. I think vice might be doing a fantastic job reporting ONLY the facts that they want to report to portray the cops in the most awful light possible. Assume there is a lawsuit. It will only be then when all the facts are revealed.hedge wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 1:24 pm Cops Caught on Video Holding a Black Army Lieutenant at Gunpoint, Then Pepper-Spraying Him

Well you have to admit rat, its only when you are in an actual court of law when we get the full story because that is when the facts come out. You are not going to get those facts from media anymore. And when the "not guilty" verdicts come in and the animals take to the streets and burn down the zoo, everyone who was so convinced they knew the cop was guilty is left with a shocked pikachu faceJungle Rat wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 4:53 pm For more of IBs brain nuggets just stay tuned to this thread.
Of course.
It is far from a guarantee that the entire story will be revealed. Due to procedural and evidentiary rules and safeguards, evidence is almost always left out due to a party's inability to satisfy every applicable rule. At its core, the system is designed / intended to protect the accused / facing prosecution (possible or otherwise), ensure an orderly procession towards resolution and/or disposition in order to provide punishment after conviction and/or provide redress to those found deserving.innocentbystander wrote: ↑Sun Apr 11, 2021 5:49 pmWell you have to admit rat, its only when you are in an actual court of law when we get the full story because that is when the facts come out. I've given up expecting sane behavior from people long ago. People are no good rat.
Sounds reasonable. I agree with that DS.DooKSucks wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 4:09 amIt is far from a guarantee that the entire story will be revealed. I -- like any other sane attorney who deals with the criminal justice system -- am not shocked in the least by that video.
