Meanwhile, Elliot Cadeau reclasses and signs with UNC for the upcoming season. We haven't had a pass first PG like him since Kendall Marshall. Looking forward to seeing this kid in Carolina blue...

here is a link to that article

its long but keeping up with that governor on a day to day basis of how he tries to manipulate the system is insight on how it works

Hedge — Cadeau is the Truth!

eCat — I know the fanbase turned on Cal, but no transfer wants UK NIL money? What’s really going on in Lexington?

I think Cal is determined to show that he can bring in the wonderkid freshmen and win, that he doesn't need the transfer portal, at least catering to the newly minted posse all stars in it anyways

I don't know if he does or not. If a kid is in the transfer portal, he's an upperclassman that isn't good enough to go pro - and chances are he is in the transfer portal because he wants 3X as much NIL money for being a 12 and 4 guy.

I'm still not sure there is a proven formula you can win a title assembling a team of transfers. I think you can win your conference and make sure you get in the tourney, but that isn't good enough for a blueblood program.

The secret sauce will always be team continuity from one year to the next, developing 3 year guys along with your wonderkids - and Cal isn't capable of doing that.

Not many coaches are at the moment

Alright enough of this college crap. There's a time and place for everything, brahs. I got Denver winning tonight but will be rooting for the Heat all the way because they are FUN to watch. Bam should be able to go for 20 on any given night, Butler will get his most nights. Miami will need to shoot the lights out which can happen. If they do, there will be some close games.

Denver not even trying and they're rolling like a 6-paper joint.

You and IB are in a constant battle to exceed the other's stupidity. It's amazing.

well solicitor, Tree may very well be stupid. But on his judgment day as he stands before the Almighty God, its not as likely that his career choice will give him a guaranteed, Go Directly to Hell pass the way you do.

In honor of the Lakers/Celts finals some thought we'd get.

Celts should trade Brown for Lillard. Dame is a closer. Brown will be one day but he's not now.

1) No
2) The Celtics should trade Brown but not for someone much older who doesn't offer that much of a difference overall
3) Brown has reached his potential for the most part. He will never be an elite closer.

You are just showing everyone how little you know about basketball. It's like IB with a more urban vibe.

I’ve forgotten more about basketball than your sorry ass has ever known as evidenced by the drivel with which you stain this place…
