So, what are they saying? You can't tell someone to get off your property if you have a gun tucked in your waistband? If not, why not?

Certain people are given a privilege to be on your property, for example, meter readers, removal of tree limbs by the phone and utility company etc. You can't order them off your property while they are exercising their duty.

You can ask them to leave. They just don't have to listen. Most do, though. And you can have a gun on your person (in most places), but the workers saw his tattoo and felt threatened. So, they called police (which is probably their SOP). In the end, police responded to a call about a man with a gun and left. Tattoo man wasn't charged with any crime.

I had power company works mess up some sod and shrubs once. One call and they took care of it.

They woke the guy up. Of course he was pissed. Why else was he outside shirtless in the snow in Maine?

I haven't watched a Pooh cartoon in forever.

Made dirty rice for dinner tonight - mixed in some ground beef with Memphis rub and some andouille sausage. I didn't have faith to thaw out some steaks to celebrate UK's win

So, this chick in SF was "assaulted" and "robbed" of her Google Glass in a SF bar last month. the story instantly became about how techies are being reviled in SF and income inequality and blah blah blah.

Based on the video with this story, it was all about some dumb horse-faced bitch talking shit in a bar and was lucky to not get her shit slammed to the floor. I can't imagine she would make a good marketing person for any company.

I went to an indian buffet for lunch today - that curry smells stays in your nose all day. I thought Indians smelled that way because they ate it all the time and it just kind of built up in their system - like mercury poisoning but all it takes is once.

you'll be shed of it after you take an aromatic dump. the Indians keep it with them because it makes its way into their fatty tissue.

The funny thing about that fire yesterday is that this complex under construction was on the news the night before where some crazy bitch was whining because she thinks its too close to a historic cemetery.

I love the way she laughs, deeply and heartily up from the solar plexus. there's nothing better than laughing at the misfortune of an angry clown.

Watching that soda delivery truck cruise by right after the guy had crossed the median and slid off the road, you realize that could've been a whole lot worse...
