hard to scream fix when indiana shot there ass off outside the arc and still only won by one. Jones might have been the only ky player who didn't give it his all--and his ass got jerked put at least twice in the second half--doubt if he even played 10 minutes in the second half.

have to agree with vitale they sure didn't get it inside to zeller in the second enough but hell the way watford sheehy and hulls were shooting who cares.

The Hornets demanded that both Eric Gordon and the 2012 first round pick from the Timberwolves be included in the Clippers' offer for Chris Paul.

Talks broke down after the Clippers said that the Hornets could pick between the two, but that they could not have both.

The Clippers also were offering Chris Kaman and Al-Farouq Aminu.

Because the Clippers are expected to have potential cap space in 2012 if they amnesty Mo Williams at that point, they could conceivably sign Paul outright next summer.

The NBA, according to Marc Stein, doesn't believe talks between the Hornets and Clippers are dead.

Neil Olshey commented publicly on the rumors and the decision not to make a trade for Paul.

"We felt it was in the best interest of the team to keep this roster intact," said Olshey.

I keep trying to get a closer look at the IU point guard's very first escape dribble off of the inbounds, that was the highlight of the sequence.... even though it could have been a violation

Bama beat Detroit last night. Got out to a 29-7 lead but stopped playing. Only ended up winning by 8.

Bah.

Anyway, 8-2 on the year.

I've got a question for the UK fans about Terrence Jones. Is this guy McCantsesque emotionally? He was the best player on the court in the 1st half of the game against the Heels, then completely disappeared in the 2nd half. Then, he doesn't do anything vs. Indiana. So is he nuts, sulking that he's being overshadowed by the freshmen, or just plain in Cal's doghouse? He sure is reminding me of McCants' up and down 'tude.

Word is that the conditions set up by Stern included Gordon and primary draft pick plus front line starter is too much.

You can't contract New Orleans, not after the came up with the fluer-de-bee!

the Clips didn't want to part with Bledsoe, apparently.

And Stern doesn't want CP3 to part with Nawlins. A trade of Chris would surely drop the price of the franchise & the L is actively marketing the team to buyers.

Stern is ruining this whole situation.

whoever buys the franchise knows Chris isn't staying

I've also read that Bledsoe is the reason he Clips think NO is asking too much, if that's the case then you can only blame Clips management

Two piss poor entities (Sterling and Stern) trying to negotiate a trade. Watch it work out to no one's favor.

Bledsoe just had shoulder surgery yesterday so his value may be diminished

It's not Bledsoe that was the issue but Eric Gordon. Word was that the Clippers weren't willing to give up both Gordon and Minn unprotected 1st round pick, in addition to All-star Chris Kaman, Bledsoe and a third. The Cippers felt this left them with too little.

Sure fire way to beat Kentucky. Put a guy name Chrisitian on the court with under 10 seconds to play if the game is that close.

Sorry....couldn't resist.
