I would be comforted if I believed this was true, but I don't. I don't think all 52 million are going to gnaw on this the rest of their lives, many won't, but a good segment of them will. There is nothing that can be done, ever, that will satisfy them short of declaring Trump the winner. They don't care and won't believe anything that does not give them the result they want. But that's not how it works, you don't get to dictate the terms of surrender when you lose, but since this isn't an actual war, they can just declare that their guy didn't lose, and that's exactly what many of them are going to do. So no, they don't deserve "their moment" although actually they have gotten it for going on 6 weeks now, and everything that would give them what they want has been rejected multiple times by multiple courts, including the unanimous SCOTUS (twice) and still they won't quit. So congratulation, on top of everything else Trump has fucked up, he has and continues to actively undermine trust in the judicial system, up to and including the Supreme Court. He is literally fomenting insurrection and a distrust in any authority that would deny it, but yet you're more worried about a handful of anarchist pothead 20-something's taking over a block in Portland or Seattle or wherever the fuck it is.
