Andele's "19" album is pretty good, but "21" is definitely better.

Are teams that have announced conference moves undefeated this bowl season? I know A&M, Missouri, TCU, Houston, and Boise all won. SMU and Pitt play each other so I guess someone will lose there and WVU plays tonight, is that accurate?

San Diego State lost their bowl game. Easy to forget, since the game was weeks ago... and becuase its re-goddamned-diculous that they would be joining the Big East.

It is for Clemson, for this year at least. Not sure what the over/under was on this game, but I believe it's done gone over...

Even if you take away WVU's three touchdowns off of turnovers, Clemson's defense has given up 49 points.

C'mon, man. WVU"s offense is not that good and Clemson's defensive talent isn't quite that bad.

College football is a chaotic mess. This bowl system is beyond assine. It's never been a fair game. Attendance and TV ratings are falling. Most schools lose millions. If the NCAA doesn't do something soon the game is going to fall apart.

btw, not sure if it's been posted here but the Cat/Dog analogy coach from Coastal Carolina (or wherever) was let go a couple of months after his famous rant.

If he wasn't high or drunk when he did that rant, you can't let a coach like that go. He'll do more to put you on the map than wins will.

Both Clemson and WV lose a mill of taxpayer money. How much longer is this mess going to go on.

The champion of the Big 8 (12) used to automatically go to the Orange Bowl. How did they lose that traditional team to end of with the ACC and Big East?

Coastal Carolina hired the rich investment banker guy that's been trying to break into coaching the last few years.

They don't necessarily do it based on conference tie-ins anymore. Because the BCS title game rotates amongst the sites of the Rose, Orange, Sugar and Fiesta Bowls (while allowing each bowl to go forward as usual), there's often a chance that the traditional tie-ins (read: conference champions) are involved in the title game, meaning that a secondary matchup is needed. The BCS decided to rotate "first" choice of the also-rans among the other bowl sites. So, if the Rose Bowl is the site of the BCS title game and USC is one of the title game contenders, the Fiesta Bowl might have the first choice of the next highest ranked BCS team (Texas or Ohio State, for example).

As you'll recall, the Sugar is normally the SEC champ but both LSU and Alabama are in the title game, so you end up with Michigan and Va Tech instead. The Fiesta Bowl had the first choice of the best available BCS school, and that was Okie State. In years past, Okie State would have been in the Orange Bowl. Now, the Big 12 winner is often in the Fiesta Bowl.

"The ACC should ask C-USA for a merger"

B/c it would be embarrassing to get snubbed by C-USA...
