If you had bought it, would you have added Sunkist or Mountain Dew to it?

Maybe not, but I wouldn't have been opposed to drinking some with a women in a furry animal suit...

"LOL on the 5% haircut..."
I really try to tip 20% on everyone who attempts to be good server
so cutting hers to 15% Im wondering if she even noticed--she was crappy in a lot of areas that day- not carding me had nothing to do with her gratuity
but I see a lot of cheap tippers--an ENT doc I know I watch him tip 1 dollar on a 10 dollar bill all the time.
My FIL before he died was notroious for leaving 10%
my dautghter told me 20% was the way to go and even higher if they are really good--but she was a waitress for many years so she always overtips them
but I dont think any waitresses are insulted unless you get to 10 %

That's probably true. 15% doesn't register as a statement to most servers, I would guess.
Astor Wines is a great place if you want hard to find alcohol and you don't concern yourself with the pricing.

I was impressed with their liquor selection especially...

They must have the honey and cinnamon scotch in stock.

Evidently honey has become something of a popular choice somewhere in the distilling process for bourbon, I saw quite a few bottles touting that...

It's an abomination. If I wanted mead, I'd buy that.

Judge me if you will, AA, but I keep a bottle of Dewars Honey in the cabinet for those afraid of a Ron Burgundy level of scotch.

Went with the MIF to Columbia earlier this year, took the young 'un and 4 of her little hottie friends out to eat. They all had fake ID's and I think having two adults there smoothed it over. So we're sitting there having our drinks before dinner arrives and some older man walks over and says to me "you're a very lucky man, how did you do it?", clearly indicating I was lucky to be sitting there with 5 young hotties (and the MIF, too, she holds her own for her age). I was like "Yes, I am very lucky", then I put my arm around little hottie sitting beside me and said the guy, by way of introduction, "This is my wife". Even the sometimes dour MIF got a kick out of that...
Feel free to swing by my place in Fayetteville as you go down 95 when you go again...

Brooklyn: doing NYC for my batchelor's party in April (going for Sox at Yankees). Any good recommendations for bars? Everyone will be late 20's/early 30's white males educated at large southern universities like me. You know the type. So, what do you recommend?

I think Hogs and Heifers would be appropriate for the occasion. That actually is not a joke, it's kind of a dive bar in a part of town that used to be pretty run down, which is no longer the case (near the High Line), but Hogs and Heifers refused to budge or change. I think it was started by a guy from NC, he may still run the place. Google it, I think you'd like it...

Hogs and Heifers is cool...it's the original Coyote Ugly if you don't feel like Googling. If that's the totality of the types of places you want to go, then:
* Hogs and Heifers
* Sutton Place (there is another place next to it that all the "East Side Dormers" go to that I forget)
* Tonic (East Side on 29th not the Times Square)
* Pour House
* Stumble Inn
Those are just the ones that popped in my mind for 20 something guys that want places where you can get your untucked shirt, sensible priced drink, fratboy party on and the ladies won't view you as lame. Those places will have a fair share of ladies to chat up (Hogs and Heifers is a little more of a dice roll, though). If you want to move up the food chain a bit, let me know.

I am sure one night will be where we do a little higher end. I am the first one out of our group of friends to get married. I seriously wonder if these dumbasses will even chip in on my bill...
I am worried they will hire a midget stripper or do something like that. Yes, I have a phobia of midgets. They freak me out. I am not in here that often these days, but I decided to give all of you a late Christmas gift. It's the damn truth. The little fuckers scare the shit out of me.
