Well, we're fresh off a FF/National championship appearance, so we'll just have to take your word for it...
that's classic false bravado

Hmmm, let's see. In the past 7 years we've been in the title game 3 times, winning one, losing one on a last second 3 pointer, and lost another one by 3 points. I don't know what's false about that bravado. I'm sorry that UK hasn't even made it to the Final Four during that same time period (and missed the tourny completely 2 years ago and, what might even be more shameful, lost to a 15 seed last year), but that's not my fault. Cal had a nice little run of FF's when he first arrived, but the those days are long gone. Still won some recruiting titles, though, so you got that going for you...

Despise that motherfucker!
If Duke was smart they'd hire him as head coach immediately.

You seem reluctant to admit how well UNC has done...

UNC is outstanding in hoops, outstanding. You have been outstanding for many years. No argument. As a BC fan we hate facing you guys as you kick our asses. But (this year) you are not beating Arizona in the tournament if you should be so lucky as to face us. We will CRUSH YOU, just like we did Tennessee.

Dude, the foundation of this whole board is college hoops. We, unlike, apparently, you, are all too familiar with Arizona flaming out in the tourny. I can hardly think of another major program that has had a more disappointing (embarrassing, actually) tourny history than Arizona. You're obviously a college hoops newbie, but trust me, if you're putting your tourny eggs in Arizona's basket, make sure it's well-padded...

Boston put some beatdown on the Nets the other night for Kyrie to suddenly demand a trade.

Better putting the eggs in Arizona's basket than Purdue

or Houston

As a Celtics fan, that warmed my heart today, and tonight’s bedshitting pissed me off.

The man is a certifiable nut job. He made KG look sane and collected during that Celtics run.

That being said, he could play. Damn shame he could never get it all together on a consistent basis at the right times.

one of his biggest problems though is he is a basketball x and o's junkie to the extent he'd argue with the coaches.

Tubby Smith quit starting him at the end of the his last season at UK because he had just given up on Rondo. Rondo still played alot but Tubby was just done with him and admitted to the press that he urged Rondo to go pro because he didn't know what to do with him.

The fans are about 60/40 split on it being a bad idea. The 60 are old enough to remember the baggage Rondo brings as a head strong player

Some think what Cal needs is someone to get in his face and tell him he is full of shit. Like any coach at Cal's position is going to listen to a first year student assistant telling him how he needs to run his offense - like that would even happen being Rajon Rondo.

I'm not sure what to think of it. We already have Tyler Ulis working with the PGs.

Could be Boston's year this year. Most complete team top to bottom. I don't see Harden putting the 76ers over the top against them in a series, although the Bucks could push them to 7.

In the scheme of things, I'd be willing to bet as College students, we all would have participated in this sort of thing

I'm not sure how I feel about the backlash - I think is deserved but kind like me saying, eh, college kids are gonna do that sort of thing
