Replies to a tweet are generally negative (someone who hits reply likely wants to argue) while a retweet or like is generally done by someone who agrees. So a tweet with a high ratio of replies to retweets/likes has a bad ratio meaning its an indication few people agree with it. Getting ratio’d is the verb form of that

We voted to defund the police, but...well...we didn’t really mean that.

Ron Desantis...
Violent assembly, 3rd degree felony. Blocking the road? Felony. Don’t touch monuments (no mention of penalty) Harassment of Citizens in public accommodations also penalized, , My most thunderous applause was when he announced that R.I.C.O. will be applied to those organizing or funding riots. If you are arrested in a riot you are staying till you see a judge. Touch a cop? Six months mandatory minimum. And enhanced penalties for other crimes committed during the riots. (ouch).
To municipalities “If you defund the police, then the state is going to defund any grants or aids coming to you.”
If local government is grossly negligent about a riot and let the Antifa cause damage to citizens and property, Sovereign Immunity will be suspended for that government and citizens can sue the bejesus out of them.
If you are convicted of participating in riots, you will no longer be able to get state benefits or employment.
----------------
perfect - he can't manage a pandemic worth a shit but he can shut down those fucksticks. Arresting a group of people under R.I.C.O. using social media to organize is awesome.

National polls show decreasing support for Black Lives Matter since a sea change of good will in June. In Minneapolis, the most far-reaching policy efforts meant to address police violence have all but collapsed.
In interviews this month, about two dozen elected officials, protesters and community leaders described how the City Council members’ pledge to “end policing as we know it” — a mantra to meet the city’s pain — became a case study in how quickly political winds can shift, and what happens when idealistic efforts at structural change meet the legislative process and public opposition
yea no shit
now how about actually spending some of that $700m plus in donations, you know, on actual Black people other than BLM organizers?
meanwhile, this is what they've done to the city of Minneapolis

Such a confrontation almost came to pass this summer when hundreds of heavily armed members of a Black group called the "Not F**king Around Coalition" converged in Louisville, Kentucky for a protest against police brutality after the death of Breonna Taylor.
They were met by an armed, largely White extremist group called the "Three Percenters." The two groups yelled at one another but were kept apart by riot police. Shots were fired at the event when a NFAC member dropped his weapon and accidentally injured three other NFAC members with buckshot.
