A heart catch is more diagnostic. Stress tests are great if the CAD elicits typical, reproducible (stable) angina or ecg changes. The ultrasounds and 3T MRIs they are doing now in conjunction with a stress are decent, though. If your doc didn't order one, after your two tests, I'm sure you'll be fine....who am I kidding? When I had my strokes back in March I thought the coolest test was when they 3D imaged my heart. Watching the computer build it was pretty cool. And it proved I have one.
