a channel on my Roku is the 911 channel. Its streams 911 calls similar to a scanner.

I listened to it for the first time and heard a woman in a call describing to the 911 operator that some teenagers were trying to break into her house and were beating on the door. She tells the operator she is hiding in a closet and her 14 year old brother is in his room. The 911 operator keeps her on the line and keeps talking, and during the conversation they break in and you here muffled sounds in the background, then a gunshot. The 14 year old brother got a gun and started unloading on these kids/men in her house.

I don't think I'm going to listen to the 911 channel anymore

ok I lied

the 14 year old is on the phone now. Shot one guy point blank with a shotgun - shot his ass twice with buckshot. I suspect that pretty much cut the dude in half.

The 911 operator told the 14 year old not to answer the door when the police came holding the shotgun

sage advice I would think

no, it doesn't really say when you turn on the channel

I didn't hear the start of the phone call so I don't know the address

That's an odd broadcast idea.

I bet its a popular channel.

I went thru the Roku the other night and got rid of what I don't watch and added some I think I"ll watch, but I have probably 80 channels out there now.

They've recently started adding specialty channels like Zombie, Western, Horror, Pulp, Cult, etc. Most of them are free and just break into commercials every 10 minutes if you can tolerate that sort of thing.

I watched some movie last night called "Girls of the SS" and it was about women that signed up to have sex with German soldiers at the end of WWII. Straight up1970's natural titties and hairy muff from start to finish.

I always fall asleep to my scanner app. Just wish it was more local than just Cincy. I wanna know when the dude two doors down is beating his wife or vice versa so I can get some GoPro video for TMZ.

I just lost out on 8 acres about an hour from my house with a spring fed pond and an old but structurally sound tobacco barn.

I'm sick to my stomach over it. I dragged my feet and someone jumped in and paid cash

yep, buying land is a tricky thing, especially at a cash price point that people can do.

Not the same as buying ATVs from teenagers on Craigslist.

I will never buy anything on Craigslist. I go to pick it up an they chop me into pieces and fertilize their garden. I have never been on Craigslist, never will be.
