I've been getting bored with spaghetti and toast so lately I've been collecting rubs, oil and various spices.
Tonight we had a roast, so this afternoon I got a 1 gallon freezer bag, took a knife and cut some slices into the roast, put it in the bag and then put in a few teaspoons of spices - one was a memphis rub, another was lowry's seasoning and then some onion salt. Shook the bag up and then put it in our roaster for a couple of hours.
It was amazing. We normally don't finish a roast and my daughter will take a cursory bite and then turn her nose up, but all 4 of us knocked this thing out which was right at 2 pounds before cooking.
The thing is I just randomly put stuff on it so I could never recreate if I wanted to.

I'd say it's a close enough resemblance it'd be hard to tell the difference..... and I'm sure the actions are definitely you.
