The broncos beat Pitt last night. The bearcats beat Pitt last Thursday.

I like the broncos. You like the bearcats. See how all that fits together? I even gave you a well done that wasn't totally sarcastic.

I'd put it at -3.5 but who's to quibble over a point except for a collecting bookie?

GameDay is stalking us, waiting to pounce.

The good thing about sucking is gameday isn't on campus. Then again, I really shouldn't complain. It's exposure which can help recruiting and such, but still...

I sure hope Chris Fowler makes a wonderful trailer park reference about us again. That fucker.

Corso curse... heh.

I rememberwhen I used to blame things like that for a loss. Like when Shula was our coach.

If we lose Saturday then I'll probably agree with jags that UT has their own Shula.

I don't see it happenin', though.

There are.... realities to our current team and situation. If we lose, then we lose and that is a real possibility that will be the outcome (I hate you Palardy...). However, that will not put us in the Shula class. Give us another season before we head in that direction.

I don't know if I'd call him Shula. He's beaten teams he should, lost a couple that make you scratch your head, suffered through decapitating injuries both offensively and defensively, and a lot of that is Shula... BUT...

At the time, the CONFERENCE elite on our schedule each year was Auburn, Tennessee, LSU, and Florida for two seasons. From 03-06, Alabama was 2-12 against those teams. If you wish to count Arkansas, I think we went 4-14. Some of that is due to lowered scholarship amounts and depth. Much of it was due to a poor S&C program, horrible discipline, and a "me first" attitude displayed by many of the players that took Saban a year to dispel.

That's when you'll have your Shula. I think Dooley is a much better coach than that. At least they shower well...

If Tenny can't beat this injured and flawed UF team at home to end a 7 year drought, comparisons to Curry or Mumme will be more in order.

In all fairness to Curry, he couldn't beat Auburn but never lost to Tennessee!

After we spanked Curry 90 hours ago, his record vs TN as a head coach dropped to 3-10.

yeah, I know what the 3 were
