Villanova can rot in hell as well…although that’s probably just another title we would have to vacate…

k*rzytler is positioning himself to be the k*zar of College Basketball.

Helluva run by the Heels and my apologies to Coach Davis for my impatience and doubt. I still hate the lies Roy forced Bubba to feed us about a “national coaching search”. But the Reverend truly was the prophesied devil killer.

Carolina is going to regret letting that one slip away. It was right there for the taking instead it went to the hated Self.

Scheyer is going to be schit at Duke in time. And not even that much time. Duke will start sucking within 4 years. Book it.

I regret all the ones that got away. But this one was the most unexpected run of them all.

Fuck lockjaw boy. Scheyer got the job because he knows where all the bodies are buried.

2022 NCAA Tournament records by conference: How each college basketball league fared in March Madness

ACC

Number of teams: 5
Overall record: 14-5

Throughout the regular season, the ACC was criticized as the weakest basketball conference in the Power Five. Then, Duke and North Carolina ran all the way to the Final Four, where they met in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in history. The Tar Heels won that game and came up just short against Kansas in the national title. Let’s not forget about Miami either. The Hurricanes reached the Elite Eight for the first time in program history. Even Notre Dame got by Alabama as a No. 11 seed. Virginia Tech wasn’t quite as fortunate.

From CBS Sports: “This was about as significant of a difference between regular-season performance and tournament performance as you could get.”

SEC

Number of teams: 6
Overall record: 5-6

On the whole, the SEC may have had the worst performance of any Power Five league in the tournament. None of the top three teams in the conference — Kentucky, Auburn, and Tennessee — reached the Sweet Sixteen. Kentucky even lost to 15-seed Saint Peter’s in the opening round. Alabama failed to win a game as it fell at the hands of 11-seed Notre Dame. The only team from the league that did some damage was Arkansas, which took down Gonzaga in the Sweet 16.

From CBS Sports: “This was one of the strongest leagues in regular-season play, especially at the top, but it was a disaster once tournament play started.”

TyTy and Brooks going pro (yea, right -good luck there Brooks)

Oscar - Unanimous POY will surely go pro if given a lottery pick

Sharpe - who never played a single minute will go pro.

Cal is targeting guys from Utah Valley St and Arkansas St to replace them.

Well, at least you know Louisville will receive the death penalty for multiple repeat violations once the NCAA nails Kenny Payne and Nolan Smith...

Hold on bucko. I assure you the Big Ten was the strongest conference. Just ask the committee.

“I have lost jobs and been sued all for taking up for him.”

e, we need you to elaborate on this…

Re: Ostensibly Hoops

he got sued by the referee, I can't remember the guys name now, I think it was Higgins.

Basically the ref said that Jones incited people to go after him on social media and yelp and ruin his reputation, but Jones was actually reporting that people were angry. This was in response to his reffing the UNC game.

Jones won the lawsuit (or it was dismissed).

The lost jobs I'm not sure on but at one time Jones had such a stranglehold on the Louisville radio area that UL demanded the radio station hire a guy that was pro UL. It ended badly as he had zero personality - but somewhere down the road, Jones show was canceled or he was moved - I think because Jurich on behalf of UL fans was throwing a fit about UK's dominance on sports talk radio in the Louisville area.

So its not inaccurate but probably a little over dramatic.

That’s some NC State level shit by Louisville. That is beyond pathetic.

NCState fans really do think that NCState is comparable to Louisville as a program, based on 2 NC's from 40-50 years ago. Kinda like how UK fans hang the hat of their program on 3 NC's from the 1940's, when the "tournament" consisted of 8 teams and 3 games. Woo-hoo...
