There are Ukrainian men, women and children who have been slaughtered by Russian invaders for no legitimate reason.

Millions of people are interned in Chinese prison camps.

Hundreds of millions of people are suffering from starvation, and thousands will die each day from that starvation.

Millions of people have died from a once-in-century pandemic event.

It is just a game, and I am at peace with this.

We lived by the three and died by the three. You can blame Love for shooting the team out of the game, but without Love’s gunslinger mentality, this team doesn’t play tonight.

Despite a massive disparity in quality depth and two of the five starters being hobbled during the second half, this team controlled its own destiny until the final buzzer against a very good Kansas team.

Would I have liked to play Kansas with a healthy Bacot (and Love) or a team that could hit the broadside of a barn? Yes, but this team came together when it counted, fought until the end and left everything out there. You cannot ask for more.

The better team tonight won. Kansas is a deserving champion, but these kids should hold their heads high.
