But see - you can't help yourself. Dems have come out of the woodwork to denounce the blackface and there've been numerous calls for resignation. I think you know that.

As for Fairfax, there's already a move underway to remove him and it's almost a sure thing that he's a goner. We already know how the 'Kavanaugh Doctrine' turned out, right?

Real Clear Politics is an average of nine national polls, to minimize political bias from individual polls. Current scorecard on Trump approval:

The average is 43.6 approve, 53.6 disapprove. Even Gallup (Tick’s favorite) shows 44% and 52%.

Now look at the recent tracking graph: It plunged the first time Trump caved on the wall, like I predicted. But it has been climbing since, as Trump has given the appearance of fighting for the wall after all. But cheer up, Tick; it will probably drop again when Trump surrenders on the wall again.

This is an outrage. Here in the United States of America, we just can’t have citizens gathering together in public expressing their disapproval of a liberal news organization. This kind of anti-social behavior is a threat to our democracy. Somebody needs to put a stop to it.

There's not going to be a wall, maybe another 50 miles of some type of barrier (which will take 20 years and billions of dollars to build, most of it wasted on overpriced labor and materials and plain outright graft, like most other federal projects, esp. military spending) and then Trump will claim "victory" and all his minions will be happy. Meanwhile, the deficit continues to skyrocket, not to mention other very real issues that nobody is even paying attention to now b/c Trump has focused your minuscule on "the wall." But hey, that's considered "winning" in Trump's world. MAGA...
