The Piggly Wigglys in NC suck as a general rule. I have noticed that the ones in SC are much nicer. There must be a different ownership group down there.

Piggy Wiggly is a fair bit more expensive than Walmark, too.

I remember last year I was hanging out with some old friends in Mobile and they were talking about how excited they were they were getting a publix.

There have been many occasions that I was glad I moved from that horrid place. That was one of them.

I have heard the Piggly Wiggly in Columbia SC is very upscale. Around here, they're usually in the poorer neighborhoods. But I've heard you can't beat their meat...

it didn't turn out as tender as I had hoped but the family liked it. We'll be doing it again.

I don't know why I always read these things and I always am disgusted, but I will still bite the shit out of a cow/pig/lamb/chicken.

The Colts game sucked but the pulled pork was awesome.

I am all ready planning the next one but I think I am going to use Pineapple, Soy Sauce, and Orange Juice instead of the vinegar just for shits and giggles and see how it turns out.

The rub I used was a mixture of dark brown sugar, paprika, and just some other stuff I had. Might throw a little liquid smoke in the mixture next time also.

Vinegar? Are you gay? What did you expect? Might as well have just poured gas on it as well.

I knew the light would go on for BRM in short order. Go crazy with it, you can't mess it up. And of course, report back on the results...

Had some last night that I just threw in the skillet to warm up and was even better the second day. Yeah I will probably make this about once a month and have all ready started looking at doing one traditional this summer with a smoker/grill and such.

And it was red wine vinegar, not Summer's Eve you ass clown Rat!!
