If Irsay doesn't fire Pagano and Grigson today, I will be shocked. I don't want them to win the division. I want them to lose out and get as high as you can on the draft picks. Find another play maker on offense and draft for depth of offensive and defensive line. Unless they win the Super Bowl, there is no sense in having the short term gain of winning the division and get whacked in the first round by KC, Jets, or Steelers. None what so ever when considering Luck's health and future.

The other dumpster fire is in Denver, where the Kubiak offense has produced 1 TD in the last two games against a couple of the worst defenses in the AFC. All of Denver want Kubiak out (half want Elway to go with him).

You might have to wait another day or two. Irsay would have to sober up first before making such a big decision
