I send gordon

better chance of him scoring then perez on a bad leg coming thru against bumgardner

50K screaming people --round 3rd just as the cutoff man 1/2 into the outfield their SS catches it. I agree 8/10 times hes cutdown at the plate but 2/10 times there is a bad throw or bad tag, you have to go for it

It was better that way. The entire Midwest (population: rube) gets one last gasp of excitement and hope, only to have the rug pulled out from under them by the godless heathens from San Fran. I liked it...

Here's a neat article about Bumgarner that will probably only be of interest to crash and the North Carolinians on here.

I loved it last night when the representative from Chevy (or whatever automaker it was) was presenting Bumgardner with their sponsored MVP trophy. He was nervous as fuck and reading off a card, it was basically a commercial for whatever brand of Chevy truck that went along with the award, he was reading shit about the truck (posi-tron traction drive, blah blah blah), all of which was bad enough, but at one point he lost the thread of what he was saying and just blurted out something like "And alot of other stuff". It was classic in a bad way...

Yeah, Chevy tried to latch onto the publicity and hopped on the #technologyandstuff Twitter campaign. It is publicity, there is that.

Too bad the truck they gave him had already been recalled before the series started.

Dan Patrick offered him a new Ram truck if he wants to trade it in.
