I don't know if you watched the game but there was a sequence at the end where Oscar T was by himself with 3 Kansas defenders and got the rebound from them 3 times in a row while trying to shot a contested shot.

I would not want to be those Kansas players Monday morning in the film room

I recorded the game on my DVR and was going to start watching it at the start when the second half started. My brother called me up at the grocery store and asked me if I was watching - they're winning by 20!. I was like "fucking Calipari, I knew we'd lose that game, and he was like "NO, we're up by 20!" so cut short my Bengals snack list and rushed home

I saw it all. Impressive. Oscar is the known commodity, but Brooks turned into Marvin Bagley tonight. Add in Grady being lights out with those two penetrating roadrunner guards and you’ve got a Final Four squad. Incredible 180 from 9-16.

Great game in Chapel Hill as well. We were shooting 70% from behind the arc at one point, and it wasn't like 3 for 5, it was 14 out of 20. We shot a lot of 3s and made a lot. Ended up shooting 56% from 3, which was actually better than we shot from 2. I guess that's what the game has become now. Duke was an early adopter, it always pleased me that they relied on the 3 so much b/c I knew you could count on them to go cold at some point, esp. in the tourny, and they rarely disappointed. It's fun watching a game when they're falling like that, and you're probably going to win every game you shoot that well, but you're not going to shoot that well very often. Well, whatever, we hung 100 on NCState on the day Roy (who hated State more than Duke, I believe) was honored at halftime and then the 82 national championship team was also honored (Jordan and Perkins were there, but not Worthy, not sure why he didn't show).

I went to the game with my son-in-law and a buddy from my college days, me and the SIL stopped at a Sheetz in Raleigh on the way up and bought some blow, we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for the SIL's guy to bring it, two black guys pulled up beside us, they looked like they could've been there making their own drug deal, anyway, we all sat there for about 5 minutes, my SIL's guy (white nerdy looking dude) walks up to the passenger side window and does the exchange right in front of the black guys sitting in their car beside us, I looked over at them and they were nodding vigorously in approval although I could also make out a look of astonishment on their faces that this old white dude and somebody that they probably assumed was my son in a 2010 Buick sedan were buying blow in the Sheetz parking lot. I enjoyed that. Hadn't done any blow in awhile (actually last summer at a fishing tournament with, guess who, my SIL), I'm glad I was wearing the mask at the game so nobody could see me grinding my teeth...

The son in law is keeping me on my toes. Actually, that's like the third time in probably 10 years I've done any and I only did a little. The last time I did any before last summer (about 10 years ago) it was a couple of bumps after a football game. Before that it had been at least 10 more years. So I've basically done blow 3 times in this century. I never liked it and still don't...

I got a much bigger thrill watching the black dudes' reaction in the next car after the nerdly white guy made the drop off than I did actually doing any...

My wife and I talk a big game before we go on vacation - the last time was Gatlinburg - we rented a place downtown where we wouldn't have to drive, and we were excited about getting buzzed and keeping it going all day.

We split a bottle of wine and was in bed by 11.

I bought the unlimited drink package for our upcoming cruise. I now realize that was $400 I threw away
