This is not technically accurate. "His pal" actually IS under penalty of perjury simply by providing statements to the Senate committee. It's not clear at all that Ford, even though she is asking for an "investigation" is actually willing to tell investigators anything. In fact, her letter was not actually originally sent to Feinstein, but to Rep. Eshoo, who then provided it to Feinstein, which might theoretically remove any risk of perjury because unlike the other guy who submitted a statement to the Senate committee, providing a statement to an unrelated House member is just like any other letter if she can claim she didnt actually intend for it to be sent to the Senate committee looking into appointment.

I talked to my lawyer and an infowars journalist this morning, and they helped me remember another babysitter who fondled me while changing my diapers back in the early '60's - Maxine Waters.

I have no clue if she is lying, but she basically has played it perfectly by the numbers to what someone would do if they were lying, including the way the entire story is laid out from the very beginning without even basic details, ie nothing that can be proven to be inaccurate with actual facts. If she isn't lying, then this could also all just a result of lawyering yourself up to the teeth from the very beginning to try and protect herself.

If she is telling the truth I feel sorry for her. She would have been silent for all those years, and then when she feels like she has to talk, she is just gonna get chewed up and spit out not only by team Red, but also her "friends" in team Blue, who will only give a fuck about her in terms of how she can help them delay or block this nomination regardless of any potential damage to her.

Remember those mob movies, when the mob bosses show up for trial, and they are sporting neck braces, wheelchairs and oxygen tanks? I never felt the need to say, "I have no idea whether they actually need those neck braces, wheelchairs and oxygen tanks."

I'm not so sure. Trump hasn't fired Rosenstein yet, and will meet with him on Thursday. Maybe Trump will do to Rosenstein what Michael Corleone did to Carlo - keep him around for awhile and whack him when the time is right.

Lumpy Hannity has advised the president not to fire Rosenstein, so maybe there won't be a 'flashpoint' anytime soon after all.

Damn it.

At some point, when the time is right, Trump will settle all family business with Rosenstein (as well as Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and heads of all the Deep State Crime Families. The meeting with Rosenstein will look a lot like this:
