It's like watching a precious little puppy lapping up the propaganda. Trump's daily clown show is keeping everyone distracted while the radical insurgency we call the GOP is systematically removing the remaining facets of government that serve the American people. I challenge you to go through those links again and find me a single metric that actually points to the lot of American people being improved. How many decent paying jobs with good benefits and job security have been created? Any regulations passed that are going to fix "too big to fail?" Which new policies are going to help fix the absurd wealth disparities that we're seeing? We're going the other way. Corporate power is being concentrated even more at a time when we needed another Teddy Roosevelt to come in and break up the trusts. The billionaires are nutting in their pants at their new ability to steal wealth from the masses, which is why we're seeing stock markets and GDP going up.

I'll take that challenge. Here's a metric:
New US jobless claims cling to near 49 year low
Tree, this metric means fewer needed unemployment insurance payments. That means more people kept and/or found jobs. People keeping and especially finding jobs is an improvement in the lot of the American people. And people now keeping and finding jobs is a goooood thing. Can you say, "gooooood thing," Tree?
It sure beats 8 years under Obama's economy where more and more people were applying for unemployment insurance payments. In those bad old days, that meant more and more people were losing their jobs. People losing their jobs was a baaaaaaaad thing for the lot of the American people. Can you say, "baaaaaad thing, Tree?
Here's another metric:

This is a YUGE improvement over the 8 years of the Obama economy, where there were there were FAR more unemployed people looking for jobs than there were jobs to be found. Still with me? Okay. The job gains started under Obama, just like the inflation drop that the right likes to give Reagan credit for actually started under Carter. It's funny how I called you out on regurgitating Trump administration propaganda and instead of providing the metrics I asked for you double down on the lies and spin. Record percentage of folks below or near the poverty line. Some of the most absurd wealth disparities the US has ever known. Everyone getting poorer but the top fraction of a percent for decades. And what is Trump doing to fix any of this? Well there was the big wealth giveaway to the super rich that will probably bankrupt us. That's something I guess.

And btw, National Review broke the story that the Chinese government was kicking in 500 million. Now the AP follows that with the news that Chinese banks are also coming with 500 mil - Xi is now in for a cool BILLION.
Our military and intelligence agencies were against ZTE for security reasons. Donnie brought them back simply for the dough. Oh..and to bring back Chinese jobs.

First, like all Presidents,Trump's business dealing are in a blind trust. He has nothing to do with them while in office. I believe Junior is running the show right now. You do realize that it is a perfectly normal thing for a worldwide international business like Trump's to operate worldwide and internationally, right? So if Junior swings a business deal with the Chinese, or the Europeans, or the Arabs, or even - THE RUSSIANS!!! - there is nothing out of the ordinary about that. I hope Junior brings in a billion yuan.
Second, remember these REAL cases of a political quid pro quos?
The Clinton Foundation's 7 Worst Scandals
1. When Hillary Clinton was sworn in as secretary of state, she was required to sign a document stating she would keep the State Department independent from the Clinton Foundation. She was also required to disclose the Clinton Foundation's donors. Needless to say, Clinton did not follow this agreement, as is made clear below.
2. A newly unearthed memo reveals that the Clinton Foundation was nothing more than a vessel for the Clintons to get rich. The memo, written in 2011 by a Doug Band, a confidant of Bill Clinton, explained how Band used his consulting firm Teneo to encourage people to donate to the Clinton Foundation... 3. Numerous companies donated to the Clinton Foundation and then lobbied the State Department with lobbyists who were connected to the Clintons. A USA Today report poured through data from the Center for Responsive Politics and financial records to determine that "at least a dozen of those same companies lobbied the State Department, using lobbyists who doubled as major Clinton campaign fundraisers."
4. Hillary's State Department emboldened Russia through Clinton Foundation quid pro quos. Peter Schweizer, author of Clinton Cash, wrote in the Wall Street Journal that as secretary of state, Clinton corralled U.S. tech companies -- including those who were donors to the Clinton Foundation -- to provide funding to Skolkovo, which was dubbed "Russia’s version of Silicon Valley." Here's the problem with all this: Skolkovo is funded by the Russian government, which has utilized the "innovation city" to enhance their military technology and steal classified information from the U.S.... Clinton's State Department approved the sale of Uranium One to essentially be under the control of the Russian government. The deal allowed the Russian government to be in control of at least 20 percent of the U.S.'s uranium output, with some estimates putting it as high as 50 percent. Uranium One had donated $2.6 million to the Clinton Foundation.
5. Hillary's State Department approved arms deals to countries with poor human rights records. As the Daily Wire reported previously, the State Department "approved of '$165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to 20 nations whose governments have given money to the Clinton Foundation,' including 'Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar, according to International Business Times."
6. The Clintons scammed the people of Haiti after devastating natural disasters to enrich Clinton Foundation donors. The Daily Wire reports: A $10 million federal loan went to InnoVida, a manufacturing firm run by Clinton donor Claudio Osorio, to build houses in Haiti. Osorio plead "guilty to wire fraud and money laundering in 2013" when it was discovered that Osorio used company money to "to pay for his Miami Beach mansion, his Maserati, and his Colorado ski chalet." He never built the houses in Haiti. "Hundreds of millions in taxpayer money" went to building the Caracol Industrial Park, which naturally, was run by Clinton cronies. Caracol today is mostly "abandoned," failing to produce the number of jobs and homes that Bill Clinton promised. Contracts from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) went to Dalberg Global Development Advisors, a consulting firm that has donated to the Clinton Foundation, in order "to identify relocation sites for Haitians." However, Dalberg reportedly thought that "uninhabitable mountains with steep ravines" would suffice as relocation sites, suggesting that they "did a terrible job."

Ahhh, but he's not going to be removed. That's the beauty of it. Your next chance to remove Trump will be November, 2020. That's 2 and 1/2 years from now. We're not even to the halfway point of his first term yet. Think of all the yuge things Trump will continue to do as he makes America great again in the remaining time. And the more the Democrats continue their current TDS obsession and histrionics, the more popular Trump will become. The redder the Midwest will become. Then your next chance to remove Trump will be 2024.
