Some guy tests positive for Corona, is told to self quarantine, he says hell no, I'm going to go to a social event, so they park a police car in front of his house

Basically while Trump was saying we had 15 cases and that it would soon be down to 1 or even zero, and that everything was under control, state governments, universities and privately owned sports teams (and the NCAA) had to take it on themselves to gather info on their own and make the decision to shut shit down, b/c you know Trump was never going to do anything that might affect commerce whatsoever, irregardless of how much worse it would make the eventual outbreak. So thanks to everybody but Trump, we may have (hopefully) gotten a jump on keeping this thing from being way worse than it could've been. But of course if that happens, Trump will try to take 100% of the credit...

The good news is, I've got enough liquor and wine stockpiled to last 6 months...

Factory in Kentucky that makes wheels for Toyota Camry had a worker die of the virus - this is a factory that has maybe 8000 workers total.

I just wonder how far this is going to go, its one thing to shut down the tastee freeze but you close a factory of 8000 people that are making $29 an hour for 60 days and you're going to have some people very upset. People won't be able to make house and car payments.

Friend of mine owns three gun shops. He has complained about the downturn in business (people are more afraid when Democrats in the White House or after another mass shooting and tend to stockpile), but he says Friday and Saturday were his best days in a few years....

Let's see how the markets react today to Trumps lack of leadership LOL.

Italy was the first Euro country to totally lockdown and they had 350 deaths yesterday.

Irregardless of whether Trump could've done anything about any of this, he has spent his entire presidency making sure everyone associates him with the performance of the stock market (of course, only his followers believed that, b/c they believe anything he says, but the idea that the stock market's performance is mostly b/c of him has been the cornerstone (or I guess I should say corner card) of his entire house of cards). Obviously he inherited a strong economy and a stock market that had been pretty much on autopilot in an upward direction for years and years, and so he tried to take full and sole credit for it (just like he does with everything), but now that everything is burning, he's going to have a hard time trying make everybody just forget his incessant claims of being the architect and comptroller of all of it. He wanted the credit, and he's surely going to try and deflect the blame (again, as always), but at the very least, at least a few of his sheep are going to realize that he pretty much has zero control of the stock market or the economy, and really that he's just a blow-hard carnival barker...

He's talking about demoting the fed leader yet all the guy did was do what he pressured him into doing.
