I'm not going to cry over losing Cam. Stealing in the way he did it is low; the scum had to go. I'm not sure I have even heard his name before. Has he had any playing time?! Due to our lack of depth I'm guessing he has played some but not a lot. We won't miss him.

What is pissing me off is the fact we just lost another TE. A position we really don't need to lose anyone at. Next thing we know we'll lose a defensive tackle or better yet a defensive back.

We can't seem to catch a damn break. Bust your ass. Coaches leave. Bust your ass. Player gets kicked from the team. Bust your ass. A critical injury comes along.

When is the crap going to end?!

Surprised you've never heard of Clear. He's 6'6", 260+, was a heavily-recruited 4-star with offers from pretty-much every major program in the country: Alabama, Auburn, Notre Dame, you name it.

Alabama turned him down. BG/TC.

That name doesn't ring a bell.

We've got four 4-star TE's on scholarship right now, so we didn't miss him.

In retrospect, he would have been a better fit at Bama or Auburn.

No Hack...Auburn or Florida has the thieves. We get the druggies or some shit.

You're both wrong. Georgia is the gold standard for sheer volume of criminality by CFB players.

We had four players get arrested a couple of years ago. That was big news for Auburn, but that's a typical weekend in Athens.

I second Hack's vote for the appreciation for, and the best of everything for, the rolling tiders of sweet home Alabama. Cam to the packy derms I say!!!

OF, do your well wishes have anything to do with 5 in a row, and 6 of the last 7...??????? Because if that's the case, your missing out on the great Alabama - Tennessee hatred that is not bound by paltry won/loss streaks. This is a much deeper, clensing type of hate. The only thing I feel sorrow for in all of this is Smokey. Not even a dog should have to wear a gayed up orange and white checker board faux sateen vest better of in a burned out 1978 disco. How's he ever gonna get laid looking like that? Yes, a good hound deserves better.

I thought the Alabama-Tennessee rivalry was a lot less hateful than the Auburn-Alabama rivalry. Passionate, yes. But genuinely hate-filled, no.

Sort of like our rivalry with Georgia. Auburn fans have always been willing to party with Bulldog fans after the game, win or lose. We wouldn't dream of doing that with Bama fans.

Although that has not been as true that last couple of years. Dawg fans still have their panties in a wad about Nick Fairley putting Muray in the corner pocket in '10.

I always have AU fans -before and after the game- when I tailgate.

Commendable.

Having actually attended UA, and being a rather accomplished person, I can imagine that Auburn fans would not fear getting teabagged while tailgating with you.

Prof, Tennessee is just good ole fashioned hate. Auburn is despise.

That Bama-UT rivalry has fallen on hard times. Normally, a rivalry must be somewhat competitive in order to remain a rivalry. For that reason, I don't consider the Tennessee-Vandy rivalry or the Georgia-GA Tech rivalry to be true rivalries.

The Bama-Tennessee rivalry is in danger of falling into that category. These days, it's like the NFL vs. the MAC.

An odd coaching carousel and the loss of 30+ scholarship players set us back pretty good for sure.

No more excuses this year though.

Like many good old rivalries, the Bama-UT rivalry has been streaky. We're due to go on another winning streak here soon.

That's not funny. They're kicking our ass in Basketball.

This is just make up for the decade of suffering...getting us back to a comfortable double digit win margin. God Bless the USA! and God Bless Nick Saban.
