Trump is going to slap a tariff on solar panel imports...since the Trump organization isn't in the solar panel business.

Wind and solar farms are gas plants.

Don’t take our word for it; listen to this guy instead, one of the most famous voices in the renewable energy movement:

“We need about 3,000 feet of altitude, we need flat land, we need 300 days of sunlight, and we need to be near a gas pipe. Because for all these big solar plants—whether it’s wind or solar—everybody is looking at gas as the supplementary fuel. The plants we’re building, the wind plants and the solar plants, are gas plants.” – Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., board member of BrightSource, builders of the Ivanpah solar farm on the CA / NV border.

Large wind and solar farms are in the embarrassing position of having to use gas-fired generators to smooth out the erratic flow of their intermittent energy. It’s like showing up at an AA meeting with booze on your breath.

Still, it’s considered a halfway decent solution, but only because wind and solar contribute such a small proportion of the energy on the grid.

Trump is asking around about his pardon powers for his family and himself just in case. But nothing there, right?

Has anybody else noticed that the mere sight or sound of Trump has the same effect on liberals that Slim Whitman had on the aliens in "Mars Attacks"?

Polls Show Trump. the Least Popular President Ever, is Plunging Even Lower
https://www.yahoo.com/news/polls-show-t ... 07606.html

Who knew that 2/3rds of the country is liberal. Or all of the free world, for that matter.

I don't believe any polling by the CNN's and the MSNBC's of the world when it comes to Trump. Aren't these the same pollsters that guaranteed a big Hillary win, thanks to the rock solid "Blue Wall" of PA, OH, MI, and WI? I'm a little surprised that Dem's would blindly trust their compliant MSM polls that proved so catastrophically wrong last November.

Newsweek recently and bravely reported that Trump's base is holding strong:

The Great American Liberal Hissy Fit of 2017 isn't changing that.

I noticed that you cherry picked the poll where Trump does worst. I'll throw in a little "diversity" to your poll selection, since Democrats love saying that word:

Rasmussen 44
Fox News 41
Economist/You Gov 39
Reuters Ipsos 38
PPP(D) 41
Monmouth 40
ABC/WaPo 39
Bloomberg 40

Real Clear Politics Average of Polls of Trump Job Approval: 39.9%

You can have your precious 39.9 with my compliments.

Meanwhile, Jared Kushner, sounding like Dennis the Menace, copped to 4 meetings with Russians, none of which were revealed in his security clearance apps. Turns out the omissions were the fault of a careless subordinate who may have been sleep deprived due to the loss of a relative's pet. A...cat, a really swell cat. Died of, ah, cat flu or something. Nobody's fault, really - these things happen.

Speaking of deceased, Steve Bannon was quoted as saying Anthony Scaramucci would be hired "over his dead body." Coincidentally, no one has seen Bannon ever since Scaramucci was named Communications Czar.

And was this Sessions last full day as AG? So many things to ponder..
