I've been able to preach that to my kids.

My daughter refuses to even get on facebook - she doesn't have an account as a Junior in high school. My son rarely gets on . Matter of face, I use it more than anyone in the family.

I think he does use snapchat with his friends.

Facebook is the last platform of choice for the younger generation as far as I can tell. The MIF's daughters still occasionally post some pics, but even they are getting a little old to be called "the younger generation" these days, and Facebook was new technology for them when they were like 13 years old, so they probably still have some nostalgia for it. But their main activities are on newer platforms. From what I can tell, they think Facebook is for the older generation. There's still plenty of us and we have most of the money, so I suspect Facebook will be a viable concern for many years to come, but once you get labeled as something your parents use, it's not cool anymore to the younger generation...

People will never talk shit about the Eagles bringing Michael Vick back
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After serving seven years in prison for killing his ex-girlfriend and feeding her to dogs, Brazilian goalkeeper Bruno Fernandes de Souza is controversially back in the game, signed by Boa Esporte for two years.
Fans and sponsors of the Brazilian second-division side quickly denounced the move but so far Boa Esporte isn't backing down.
In a lengthy post on its Facebook page, Boa Esporte's president, Rone Moraes da Costa, says the team isn't committing any crimes by signing the 32-year-old who formerly played for one of Brazil's most famous clubs -- Flamengo -- and was tipped to line up for the national team at the 2014 World Cup on home soil.

He could be back in action within a month and a half.
"Esporte Clube was not responsible for the release and freedom of the athlete Bruno," da Costa said, adding that the club was "giving work to those who intend to recover."
Bruno "deserves a new opportunity as a professional," the team said in a separate post. "The club has no relation with Bruno's personal actions, nor with his past, having hired only the professional."

I'm a dog lover, but Vick shouldn't have served any time. Ditto Plaxico.

This dude, though? You murder your girlfriend and feed her body to dogs and only serve 7 years?

yea I'm with you - Vick going to prison was bullshit and Plaxico was even worse.

Why are you in prison? My gun got tangled up in my underwear and I shot myself

crazy

At worse, Plaxico should have paid a fine.

And Vick should have been sentenced to community service at Atlanta area animal shelters for 5 years

If you eat conventionally farmed meat of almost any kind, you shouldn't have any issue with dog fighting or any other sort of animal cruelty...
