Looks like Trump is going to pull us out of the Paris Accords, so we'll be sitting on the sidelines with Syria and Nicaraugua while the rest of the world talks serious climate science. He's determined to keep a couple of election promises, and nixing Paris is one he made to evangelicals and the coal lobby. Goody.

Yes, I am very interested in seeing Comey testify, as well as the rest of the Russia investigations. If it reveals real evidence of Trump-Russia collusion to throw the election, I will happily make good on the Professor Tiger pledge. I will want Trump gone too.

And if it reveals no real evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I will enjoy watching the TDS contingent soil and cut themselves even more than they are doing right now. This will be a win-win for me.

I predict the Mueller investigation will be like the Warren Commission. It will be thorough, complete, and basically say that there was no evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians. Therefore, it will not be accepted by the rabid TDS conspiracy theorists, ever. Chelsea will rail against it when she accepts the Dem nomination in 2024.

I liked the Democrats as they were - the party of the common person and those in need.

I don't like the Democrats as they are now - the party of identity politics/victimology; triggers and safe spaces; media celebrities, Silicon Valley and Wall Street; open borders; anti-1st amendment, anti-2nd amendment, anti-10th amendment, and now, anti-4th amendment; appeasement; disarmament, and AGW.

If they ever go back to being the party of the common person and those in need, then I'll like them again. I like that much better than the GOP - the party of making millionaires into billionaires, fiscal irresponsibility, and neo-connery.

Now Putin himself is suggesting that Russian hackers interfered with the election to help Trump. If you want to believe these guys did this on their own, go right ahead. It's a completely ridiculous thing to believe but once you've crossed the event horizon, nothing makes sense anymore.

It's now official: Trump pulled us out of the Paris Climate Accords. Good for him.

AGW is bogus science. For proof, just look at its pope, Al Gore. 10 years ago, he made a lot of predictions about what the climate would be like by 2017: the polar ice cap would be gone, the ocean would rise enough to swallow major coastal cities, Katrina-style hurricanes would swarm US coasts, crop failures would cause massive starvation across the world. All this was guaranteed because it was based on "THE SCIENCE!"

Well, it didn't happen. THE SCIENCE! of the Climate Change cult was wrong.

Now I am a fervent believer in the freedom of religion. Everybody is allowed to worship according to the faith of their choice. Trump has merely said, if you want to worship your AGW religion, that's fine. But don't expect the rest of us to make obeisance or pay tithes to it.

Largely agree with all of this. Comey testifying will be a good thing (mostly good for the country but great for POTUS Trump.)

What I think might be happening is I think the President’s son-in-law might be going to jail.

There appears to be “evidence” (not just intelligence, evidence) that Trump’s son-in-law is trying to use whatever power he has (as a “trusted advisor”) to get Russian bankers to loan him some money to save the property he owns (and is upside down on) in Manhattan (ironically, a property with an address number that is the mark of the Anti-Christ.)

I am not exactly sure what it means to open a “back channel” but it doesn’t sound good.  Could any of you please explain what a “back channel” is?  If it’s criminal or treasonous to fill out that Security clearance form that Jared filled out and not make mention of what he was doing with a Russian government-owned bank, Vnesheconombank, then I can’t see how Jared stays out of prison.  He owes a billion dollars on that building.  He bought it in 2007 for $1.6 billion, great timing. Today is the third of June.  By this time next week, we should know much of what James Comey knew about what Jared was doing.  The way the President could get in trouble on this with Congress is if he told Comey not to investigate his son-in-law or whatever.  That could create a conflict of interest.  But I doubt that any evidence will come forward stipulating that Trump was working with the Russian government as they "hacked" the DNC email servers. I still think the Seth Rich connection may be the "intelligence" we are missing on that one.

If all this Russian thing is, is Jared being a frightened young man because he is a billion in the hole, and democrat Senators vote to impeach the President based on what his son and law did, then its just politics and not a criminal matter. And our President will not be impeached.
