As far as great media reboots go, Megyn Kelly debuts with NBC on June 4th. I was a fan even when she was a big thorn in the side of dems lo those many seasons on Faux. May she be a bigger thorn in the side of the WH and the Big Cheeto.

Hurtful. I did indeed express optimism
one time this millennium for our beleaguered gridiron program, and that notion got flattened like roadkill in short order for sure. Your reminders are duly noted.
Sept. 4th. Soon.

Poor Tennessee. They are a cautionary tale for Auburn. If you have a pretty good 8-3 type coach, think long and hard before you fire him in hopes of finding a diamond in the rough. You might find yourself in the SEC wilderness for a decade or more. All our coaches seem to be one hit wonders.

Bear Bryant ran GA Tech out of the SEC.
He started the shady manipulation of scholarships that continues to this day. Now it's done by medical hardships and is called, "The Process."

Yes, Toe, I still miss Eddie McShan.
If anybody wants to drive a UGA fan crazy, point out that Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, Clemson, Tennessee, AND EVEN GA TECH (!) have won a national championship more recently than Georgia has.

Everybody beats the SEC East these days. They are the minor league of the SEC.

That doesn't entirely surprise me. First, the average age of Fox viewers is at least in the 70's. That pool is shrinking, obviously. Second, Fox has always had a large contingent of Establishment, RINO, neocon types. They never liked Trump anyway, and they are being heard more and more nowadays. That just drives the pro-Trump viewers away, and there are a lot of them. And with Ailes gone, Fox will probably drift towards the center and therefore away from their base audience.

Maybe, but we do it with a class AAA high school defense.

Was lucky enough to see him and William Andrews play together.

Yeah, but your offense is still running the good ole wishbone. You gotta love that. We must be about the same age. Andrews was at Auburn when I was there.
In other news, ISIS strikes again. If we ever capture Al-Baghdadi, this is what we should do to him, in Times Square:

To be fair, until VERY recently, the ACC had to recruit players that were actually literate, and it showed on the field. Now that they let in Clemson, FSU, Miami, etc. they can recruit illiterates just like the SEC. They even caught on to having fake courses for athletes.
I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for Tech. My parents had season tickets, and I grew up on college football at Grant Field. I would have gone there but I sucked in math.

I don't believe trump ever committed a crime until he started a coverup easy enough for any barney fife to follow
"ill just go to the head of each agency and tell them nothing to see here move along"
and likely as far as his direct involvement that is true
obstruction of justice --the "intent" will not happen with this congress but if house dems pick up another 15 seats at midterm and senate 1-2 seats he's done

Using the logic Comey followed in the Hillary server investigation, Trump must not be prosecuted.
Comey spent the first ten minutes of his press conference detailing all the illegal things Hillary did.
Then, having given all those reasons why she should have been prosecuted, Comey concluded by saying she would not be prosecuted because "there's no evidence that she ever INTENDED to break the law."
If that's the new standard, then Trump can say, "You mean I wasn't allowed to go from department to department and official to official, ordering them to stop the Russia investigation? Well gosh, I had no idea I wasn't allowed to do that. I never INTENDED to obstruct justice." And by the Comey doctrine, he should never be prosecuted for it.
Right?
