LMAO. Ranks right up there with Chris Matthews saying on air that watching Obama sends a thrill down his leg.

This is Trump Derangement Syndrome at its finest.

I heard them talking about that on MSNBC yesterday, everybody was laughing about it in the mildly humorous spirit of the item . The fact that you clowns are pretending that anybody "reported" that in some kind of serious, head-shaking way is just more proof that you're a humorless resentment freak...

It wasn't even that or anything close, they just related, in passing and at the very end of what they were actually talking about, the fact that Trump got two scoops and everybody else got one and then chuckled about it and said something along the lines of "that's what happens when you're the president." Nothing more than that, and certainly nothing like some serious, grave "report" that something was amiss b/c Trump got two scoops. Again, anybody but humorless resentment freaks like yourself and 10ac immediately understood that...

They probably followed it up with a panel discussion about Trump's culpability for the national obesity crisis.

Wow, the hits just keep coming from Trump. Can this guy even go one week without fucking something up? I guess it could be considered strategy, just numb everybody so much that no matter what you do, nobody will care. Clearly his supporters (very much including Prof and the rest in here) don't seem to give a shit...

WaPo publishes a story of what was said, McMaster said the WaPo was wrong. Both have big credibility problems. WaPo is part of the Great American Leftist Hissy Fit of 2017. McMaster wants to still have a job tomorrow.

I'd like to know what was really said in that meeting.

You've as much said - multiple times - that Trump is crazy. Which may not amount to a 'hissy fit', but it's clear you routinely question the guy's fitness as prez and CiC. Do you understand why people wonder about your own credibility issue? Why is it hysteria when others point out the very dangers you yourself acknowledge?

A report in the Washington Post said Mr Trump had confided top secret information relating to an IS plot thought to centre on the use of laptop computers on aircraft.
Mr Trump's move is not illegal, as the US president has the authority to declassify information.

more hysteria

this crowd is judge jury and executioner

isis plot thought to center on use of laptop computers on aircraft

if Russia lost a plane and found out later trump withheld information that could have prevented said tragedy you guys would have been good with that right?

There is a process by which intel is declassified and shared. The reason for the process is to protect sources and intel relationships. Trump did not follow the process so he is destroying key intel assets and putting people's lives at risk.

Wake the fuck up. They sent McMaster out in front of the world last night to say the WaPo story wasn't true, then Trump just hours ago confirmed exactly what the Post (and NYT, Reuters etc) reported and made another liar out of a WH spokesman.

I read that last line a couple of times just to make sure what you said. A) those two Russians in particular had no business being there in the Oval Office, and B) Trump divulged highly classified intelligence given to us by an ally in confidence. Even Fox news will confirm that much, crash...turn on a tv and let it sink in.

And, as far as the laptop threat goes, this is security theater turned up to 11. The idea that a laptop is a threat but it's ok to keep them in the cargo hold makes no sense. The risk of a fire from the laptop batteries is so much higher when they are down there. And the idea that the risk is only from flights originating in the mid east and Europe but not from US based flights? The TSA has a huge (almost 95%) failure rate when test explosives and weapons are put through the system. This is not about actual safety but about creating the illusion of safety so that ignoramus Trump voters can feel good about their man.

Russia has precedent with these fucks

by all account trump has the right to share intel--and connot be charged criminally

I know damn well our leaders have shared intel they think is a threat to other countries in the past regardless of the source if its credible and vice versa

but evidently the leaker chooses to undermine the CINC by using terms like showing off. where the fuck did that analgy come from anyway--showing off to a country that 18 mos ago lost 230 citizens to an isis bomb and we are going exclude then from intel for what reason? so another plane can blow up?

I guess being in the tank for Trump is like crossing the event horizon of a black hole - once you're in, you're never getting out. This is a scary and extremely unfortunate situation we've got here.

So much for Blue Lives Matter I guess. The cops are covering up a political assassination, is that it? Even the parents don't buy any of that alt-right cover-up bs.

Perhaps I should try and explain my position, and resolve some of the confusion. Yes, I think Trump doesn't have both oars in the water. And yes, he deserves a lot of the criticism he gets - most recently the Comey firing, and what was probably a case of "loose lips" with the Russians in his office. There are plenty of real issues the Dem's can go after him on with good reason.

But there are a lot of issues in which the Dems and the MSM (that's a redundancy, but I digress) attack Trump on that are just as "not both oars in the water" as he is. Starting with "the Russians stole the election," which is complete nonsense. Then there's the "Trump colluded with the Russians to rig the election." A great conspiracy theory, but lacking any real evidence. At least so far.

As a person who didn't vote for Trump, and is pretty much open to the possibility that he has done (or will do) impeachable things, here's my advice to the Left: give me a LOT less primal screams, and a LOT more real proof to support your accusations.

The Trump Derangement Syndrome is making your side less credible, not more.
