Still getting paid though. Probably to much for that stuff though. Can't you surf the web for another at home project during that time? Isn't there a half grill half bike thing out there for you to tinker with?

Knowing that UNC owns the real estate -- limited as it may be -- between the ears of Kentucky fans warms the cockles of my heart.

Fuck "conference pride." This isn't an SEC-style elephant walk culminating in a circle jerk.

We already knew the ACC was the best basketball conference, but I wish for nothing but pain and suffering for the rest of the conference.

To make fun of those who stick their dick into the gas tank of a John Deere. So basically, you.

Plus, you're a Nebraska fan. Where exactly is Nebraska anyway? Next to Idaho maybe? I hear it's now an ocean. Any good fishing?

This article could've just as well have been written about UK just a few years ago...

Why nobody should care about Duke having the best recruiting class again

"It’s great for Duke (UK) that Coach K (Cal) is reloading with another top class, sure. We’re also around seven months away from the 2019-20 season. Just as nobody hangs banners for recruiting, nobody should care that Duke (UK) has the top class again if Coach K (Cal) continues to have nothing to show for it."

I notice this stuff since I am connected to it now. Seems like Bama is raising their game a bit

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The University of Alabama ranks second nationally among public universities and fifth among all universities nationwide in enrollment of National Merit Scholars for the 2018 entering class.

UA enrolled 185 new National Merit Scholars in its freshman class, ranking it number one in the state of Alabama and second nationally, according to the National Merit Scholarship Corp. annual report. This gives UA a total of 614 National Merit Scholars enrolled at the Tuscaloosa campus.

About 40% of UA’s 2018 freshman class scored 30 or higher on the ACT, and more than 36% were in the top 10% of their high school graduating class. The entering class carried an average high school GPA of 3.71, with more than 34% having a high school GPA of 4.0 or higher.

Oklahoma generally paid the most for National Merit Scholars for years and years, and was always #1 on this list for public schools. I think they decided to scale it back a few years ago, because of how much it was costing them (and I wonder if it became politically charged, because spending money on NMS is likely going to a "priveleged" class of sorts)

we got a letter from them last year. They are still throwing money around at it, but like you I thought they would be #1 on the list. They aren't as high as Bama or Florida.
