Now that AA is gone is GBJ the new standard bearer for the white sauce?

AA is not gone. He's like a volcano, building up pressure in his underground bile chambers, and will someday erupt. Most likely at the beginning of CFB season.

Will Tennessee have to secede from the union, then be re-admitted as Summitt, or will they just change the name of the state?? How about Summitt University? That's got a nice ring.

Congrats to Pat. She did great work putting the University Of Tennessee on the Sports map. They'd still be Charlotte if it wasn't for her. I wish her well in what will be a struggle.

Head Coach Holly Warlick of the Tennessee Lady Vols. Wow. That just sounds so wrong. It will be a LONG time before that rolls off the tip of my tongue. She has got the weight of the world on her shoulders. It's got to be tough following in the footsteps of such a legacy. Best of luck to her.

I don't know, man. It's just womens basketball. I'd say the pressure on her is small fraction of what Cuonzo Martin is under. And Dooley is in another world altogether.

Summitt deserves a lot of respect. She earned her way to the peak of her profession. Few people can say that.

An ironic tragedy that both she and another CBB legend, Dean Smith, both have the same disease. God bless them both.

Summitt put UT sports on the regional than national map so yes you should thank her. If not for her your athletic program would be compared to a North Carolina State or Bradley.

There are other things besides Football? I'm greatly troubled by this revelation.
