Absent from this line of thinking is that just barely enough of those "racist" voters in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Florida, and most importantly Michigan, were somehow not quite racist enough to vote for white Romney over black Obama in 2012. Maybe because he was only.... half black?
This is excellent, magic thinking.Cletus wrote:It's a given that Trump is going to do several horrible things in the time he's in office, things that will unquestionably make your life worse. Maybe that will be enough to turn the tide but I fear that you people are just too stupid and too racist, will decide that your issues are due to foreign brown people, and you'll double down on the Trump movement.
Cletus believes that 600,000+ racists in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania are selectively racist. These particular racists are only racist against brown people (illegal Hispanic immigrants, Persians, and Arabs) but not racist against black people (because they voted for Obama.) This explains black Trump lovers like Omarosa Manigault and Mike Tyson. They can love Obama and Trump at the same time AND be racist against brown people. This is outstanding logic you have come up with. I commend you. You've got a winner here.
Please Cletus, I implore you, never-ever change the way you think. Or if you change, at least wait until December 1st 2020 to change and (under no circumstances) do I want you to sit down and deeply think about your philosophy on racism. I want you to wait until that December because I don't want you to sit down and discuss rationally with anyone who may agree with you about Trump, as to any other reason (other than racism) for Trump's victory. Thank you.
