So eCat or any UK fan (or Tennessee fan for that matter), tell me about Auburn. I know they lost a close game to Duke, no shame in that and it was in November, but then they lost to NCState (who just got beaten by Lipscomb last night in the NIT). I also see they lost 3 in a row early in the SEC schedule, all of them close, but still, then you guys beat them by 27 in Lexington more recently but they haven't lost since. All of their wins except against UT in the SEC title game and then again Kansas have been by less than 10 points and most of them 5 or less. So it's not like they're blowing people out, but they are obviously capable of it against good teams (not that Kansas was that good this year, but still, that first half against them was a behing-the-woodshed type of beating). Anyway, any opinions or insights are welcome (even from Rat, I know he keeps a squinty eye on Tennessee, so maybe he got some impressions)...

It's simple. They live by the 3 and they die by the 3. They are fun to watch though when everything clicks. Very impressive since the SEC tourney started.

Like was said earlier, perimeter defense and handing their transitions.

they went 8/27 on 3 pointers ad were outrebounded 42-24

I'm not as worried about Auburn. Their time is about to come to an end. I think that Kentucky is going to be a tough nut to crack for Carolina. So much size inside

8 for 27 isn't horrendous, but the rebounding margin is. Luckily, we are a pretty good rebounding team and evidently Auburn is not. Hope we get a lot of second and third chance points...
