They have eliminated going to the welfare office and signing up etc. You can fill things out in your own home, you get your "debit" card in the mail and some of them you can even get "cash back" on them.
Way too easy.
It sould be somewhat uncomfortable to mooch.
Like I said, tat bar code and sewn on "W"'s. Why do you think that is a bad idea?

That's not enough. There are better ways to humiliate.
Show pictures of them on public access tv thsayids a caption of 'failure' or place a sign in their yard that says "freeloader" or both. Make them clean public toilets, or mandate that they donate blood.

Not sure its a good idea to have them mixing with the public like that. Freeloaderism is contagious. It might be best to have them concentrated into one area where they can't spread their scroungering to the rest of the populace.

I object to the blood idea. You never know what kinds of diseases those kinds of people have. If I ever have a car wreck, I don't want to be transfused with that stuff.
Is there a way to superimpose an immoveable "deadbeat" banner on their facebook page?

Nice to know that lots of folks want to encourage living on the teat.
Like someone has already said before me, you get more of something you encourage.

Concentration camps is a good idea. You can send the wellfare ranks off to a camp where they can really focus on how not to be free loaders. I mean, really make them concentrate on that idea. Of course, packed in like that they will get dirty, downright filthy even. It would probably be a good idea to mandate that they sterilize themselves daily, too. Some nice, long, hot showers in the mornings. Then, off to the ovens with them... where they can pick up their morning heel of bread.

Mook,
Good idea. Further, anyone who is on the Gov't teat (federal student loans, FEMA assistance, EIC, etc) should be forced to be a maid or a butler to a good American at least once a month. Call it 'sweat equity'.
Rat,
Actually, I have heard of working girls, back in the old days, taking stamps for services rendered. I have no idea if the card stopped that.

Might want to sanitize the card especially where you had to "swipe" it to pay for said services.

Just yesterday I gave some money to a lady at an intersection with one of those signs. I figured as hot as it was and she was standing there in that intense heat and sun...well, even if she was f*cking me over, she wasn't physically comfortable doing it. Sometimes I can't turn my head...

Correct. It's also
supposed to be cold in the winter. But that doesn't stop conservatives from declaring that every snowfall in winter to be evidence that global warming is a fraud. It's becoming as much a seasonal conservative tradition as WAR ON CHRISTMAS stories.

Well, it's been quite mild here. Another mild summer, so far. We've had several in a row now. Almost like a trend. It might hit 70 today!
