I know he's an alum, but this is cash money!
Cronin is well payed and has gotten his team in 8 straight tournaments. No way he can repeat that at Alabama unless he cheats.

There is the potential for a Clemson-Bama NIT final.

No there is not. The only potential is for Avery to coach a team to another loss. A team that likes to chuck threes but can't hit them and when they're not clanging threes, they are inventing new ways to turn the ball over.

Incorrect. The potential to torment you with his jabbering, chimp-like presence is salient.

THAT'S RACIST!

Incorrect. Racist would be to liken all Negroes to jabbering chimps. It is an accurate comparison in his case.

No. You use the word chimp to describe a black guy in 2019 and it's racist.

I wish the committee took into account conference tournaments.

Great time in Nashvegas, even with the massive hangovers and scorched sphincter (Bolton's nuclear chicken). And yeah, the championship game was a massive shitsandwich . There were more KY fans than AU around us and they all left happy together. Understandable heh.
Witnessed savvy ticket hustlers buying up KY tickets early in the Omni lobby for 50-60 bucks - 3 hours later they were selling for 500+. We joked about cashing in and watching the action on the gorgeous 8ft hotel sportsbar UHDTV. Ah well... …. no regrets. Maybe the chicken.

This website, fansided, is covering all their bases. In the first article, they say the Midwest is the toughest region, in the second, they say it's the easiest...

the second article is just based on the idea that every game should play out like teams are seeded. Its more about the weakness of Gonzaga as a 1 seed.

Duke is given a cakewalk (common understanding of that term, not Stu's), they want Duke in the FF so badly they screw injury-depleted MSU and put them as the 2 in Duke's bracket. The potential Sweet 16 matchup will be a snoozer against Miss. St. (horrors) or a decent but hardly terrifying Va Tech team that Duke will be looking to extract revenge against for beating them (barely) without Zion. I guess LSU could provide some drama if they manage to get the to Elite 8, but there seems to be very little in the way of Duke getting to the FF...

Doesn't look like Will Wade is going to say anything to LSU which is strange. Stay quiet , miss out on the best team you'll probably ever have as a coach and get fired,
or lie, coach the team, take your shot at beating Duke and get all the glory, then get fired
he ain't keeping his job either way.

This is what the brackets should have looked like based on the committees seeding, but their geographic rules prevented them
East
1 - Duke
2 - Michigan
3 - Houston
4 - Kansas State (switched with VT based on bracket rules)
5 - Marquette
6 - Iowa State
7 - Louisville
8 - Utah State
South
1 - Virginia
2 - Kentucky
3 - Texas Tech
4 - Virginia Tech (switched with Kansas State based on bracket rules)
5 - Auburn
6 - Buffalo
7 - Nevada
8 - Ole Miss
Midwest
1 - UNC
2 - Michigan State
3 - LSU
4 - Kansas (switched with FSU based on bracket rules)
5 - Wisconsin
6 - Maryland
7 - Cincinnati
8 - VCU (switched with Syracue based on bracket rules)
West
1 - Gonzaga
2 - Tennessee
3 - Purdue
4 - FSU (switched with KU based on bracket rules)
5 - Mississippi State
6 - Villanova
7 - Wofford
8 - Syracuse (switched with VCU based on bracket rules)
UNC would have seriously been fucked as a #1 seed then
