AA, did your Mom pass away? If so, my sincere condolences.

She did, prof- 21 years ago. That was hedge's attempt at a taunt.

Sorry. It is often a mistake to place much stock in hedge's posts.
BTW, not only is the NCAA chief of enforcement an Alabama grad, so is the SEC head of officiating:

Why does the fact that it was 21 years ago cause you to retract your condolences? AA's pain is as fresh and raw now as it was the day his sainted mammy died. And yet you took back your condolences. You callous motherfucker. Wait, maybe I shouldn't have said "motherfucker", at least not in this context. Considering the special nature of AA's... well, let's not get into that...

Especially no offensive holding calls...That just serves to piss off the REC, and then there's no telling who comes up missing.

I've been to the one in San Fran a few times. I always felt tall walking those streets.

Poor health?
On another note, just heard that we open the 2015 season with Whisky at Jerry's place.

Yeah. Last week, he went from DCH Medical Center to Brookwood Med Ctr, and from there they flew him to Duke - where he still is, I believe.

Actually, he can't be held accountable for Dubose. That was before he became AD. The man responsible for that was Bob Bockrath.

In other news, Alabama will open the 2015 season at Cowboys Stadium against Wisconsin. First SEC opponent for the Badgers since a 27-7 loss to LSU in 1972.

Actually, Dubose won me over a little when he beat SOS twice in the same season!
