Carolina can be so bad at times. And the fans are too. Coby White's brother and Nassir Little's dad were on Twitter after the game talking about how bad some fans are. Looks like goldie is in Twitter now

I'll talk meaningless trash on this board , but on the UK board, I refuse to trash the players. The older I get the more I realize they are kids. Short of ethics or moral issues, I'm not going after a 19 year old for missing 3's or whatever.

I'm not a twitter guy, doubt I ever will be - its a generational thing, but I'm completely lost on attacking kids on a twitter

you know my take after watching the game? - undisciplined - even Maye. Johnson and Maye were taking horribly bad shots - NBA 3 pointers with 10 seconds left on the shot clock and several minutes left in the game. I'm sure that happens on UK too but it just stood out for UNC during yesterdays game to me. Now Johnson and May also carried the team I guess - I don't know the box score, but they were the guys wanting the ball in their hands. White I think played disciplined ball and Little seems more of a cleanup type role. White didn't have a particularly good game but he did what he was supposed to do.

Also, Roy played 16 players in yesterday's game. No idea how many he played against Gonzaga, but 16 players? He's struggling to find a rotation at the end of December?

I only got to watch the very beginning of the game, it was like 13-12 when I turned it off (we had a Christmas party last night, thanks a lot for not showing up Stu, my only friend in town and he's a no show). Looked like it might be a good game but then I saw the halftime score and then somebody told me the final score later. Sounds like option #2 that I laid out yesterday, not a blowout but a steady win that was never really in doubt. Not surprised at all. We are capable of playing pretty good and beating a good team (esp. if they're not playing great) and seems like UK is the same, but we're not built to win 6 games in the tourny and frankly could, just like last year, lose in the second round. It's kinda frustrating, I much prefer feeling like we are definitely the better team and the shocking heartbreak when they lose to just kinda being resigned to knowing you could lose pretty much any game.

Wisconsin was way better that year than Utah was in 1998, but I like how you correctly take for granted that UK would've beaten Duke in the finals, just like UNC would've beaten UK in the 1998 finals...

Not much was working so I guess he played more than usual. I watched White play in high school here and he can be incredible at times but he has been out of control too. And his defense sucks. The bottom line for this UNC team is that it has a lot of weapons but lacks floor leadership and their success depends on how quickly it comes

What was the bad UNC fan twitter thing you were talking about?

UK looked really good at times, hitting 3s and hustling on defense. But I didn't get the feeling they have those top 10 players now, except Johnson, that used to be up and down the roster

Will White and Harold Little are on Twitter after every game UNC loses saying how some "fans" don't know what they're talking about. Part of it, I think, is they need to develop thicker skin, but people can be utter dipshits on Twitter

Dude, you must not have been paying attention in here for like 5 years. Just read the posts from the past few days. I didn't even watch the game and didn't feel even a twinge of remorse about it. I'm a fucking middle-aged man, I really don't even give a shit anymore. National championship, yeah, but that's about it. I don't even care that much about Duke anymore and don't even hate K...
