I wouldn't be surprised to see Cal leave this year.
His son redshirted this year meaning he can follow dad or go to any school and start playing next year
Cal's assistants are worthless - Justus and Barbee contribute nothing, Robic has been demoted and Payne would rather eat than develop big men. A coach planning long term would jettison these guys and get some young hungry talent on board.

BTW, anyone notice how exciting a brand of basketball Bruce Pearl's team is playing?? Those kids play hard for 40 minutes. Bruce Pearl at Kentucky?? Nah, the UKAA idiots would never go for that.
The NCAA is dragging it's feet but when this FBI-inspired investigation is complete, Pearl is going to get hammered. Again.

a bit of an iconic restaurant in Cincinnati
Owner got caught telling a waitress she should keep her legs open if she wants to keep getting extra shifts
This damn #metoo movement done cost us the best burger place in Cinci!

"This whole incident has cast a very bad light on college basketball, and we need to deal with it as effectively as we can," Emmert told reporters last week after speaking at the Learfield Intercollegiate Athletics Forum. "We're not going to have everything wrapped up by the Final Four, that's for sure, because these trials are still going to be going on."
Few, who spoke to reporters after No. 1 Gonzaga lost to No. 7 Tennessee 76-73 at the Air Force Reserve Jerry Colangelo Classic in Phoenix on Sunday, said the NCAA needs to take action sooner rather than later.
"There's two teams today who were competing who do it right. I know that to be true," Few said, referring to Gonzaga and Tennessee. "And there's a lot of teams who do it right -- the national champions two out of the last three years**. There's a lot of great things. This thing is worth saving.
"Everybody's got a value system and you can either adhere to that value system or not and you let it become compromised. [Illegal recruiting is] just something we don't do."
**So if Few is referring to Villanova as 2 of the last 3...then that must leave out who..?

look at at the recruiting hit that Kentucky has had since 2015.
Cal has missed on like 8/10 front court recruits and hasn't landed a top 5 since Skal.
people can say Kentucky cheats, but I have to believe Cal is *not* cheating because while we get good recruits, we aren't getting the recruits he was getting.
Part of it is Lebron has abandoned his back door connection with Kentucky , created a new agency and has spurned WWW. Couple that with Cal pissing off Nike and UK is on the outside looking in.

you should read the UK board. There are people openly clamoring for us to pay players because everyone else is doing it and we are losing out.
Its funny

How soon they forget Bam Adebayo.
Whatever happened to him, anyway?

He's actually doing very well with Miami, so well they've benched Whiteside on more than one occasion.

Bam, Giles and Smith would have all played for Carolina back in the day, but guaranteed good grades must not be as valuable as instant money...

Quade Green transfers - the 4th PG in our rotation but our most experienced.
He wanted to transfer over the summer, Cal asked him to stay, then he gets bumped in the rotation. His 15:8 turnover to assist ratio is the reason why.

Cal is a crappy coach, and especially bad in the last seconds of a game. You knew that when you hired him.
