Trump survived the first coups attempt in US history - even though it was led by the leaders of DOJ, FBI, and CIA. Operation “Payback is a Great Big Nasty Female Dog” has barely begun.

Not only is Trump is going to be president for at least 2+ more years, it’s looking more and more like he’ll be president until 2024. That’s a lot of time to keep making America greater and greater again.

The growth started under Obama and is continuing at a similar rate bolstered by the smoke and mirrors from Trump's wealth giveaway to the super rich, not to mention it's largely based on years of QE that began under Obama. Most of the new jobs I'd wager are craptastic low wage low benefit ones that aren't really helping turn things around. My feeling is Trump is smart enough to know he won't win in 2020 because he's not actually helping those who really need it. So he's going to make as much money as possible and stave off the recession until after 2020 when it can be pinned on Biden or Sanders.

the reality is that abortions aren't going to stop

the tragedy of a 15 year old girl dying from a back alley abortion is heartbreaking to me.

however I will say this

if its a life, then its a life. There aren't degree's to conception. Rape and incest are horrible actions forced upon a woman, but if you actually believe life begins at conception or when there is a heartbeat, then how that heartbeat was created is irrelevant.

I really don't know how I feel about it. I can say with certainty I was adamantly pro choice until we had our son, then I changed. My wife did not, even after the birth of our second child. Somewhere in the past 10 years or so she's changed as well.

It has nothing to do with religion - it just has to do with when you believe its a child.

but two things I try to stick with - I don't think a 60 year old senator should be able to send a 19 year old to war and I don't think a man should decide about abortion.

Yes, Trump just continued Obama’s campaign to cut taxes, get out of NAFTA, force residents of high tax states to pay their own damn taxes, drill, frack, put in big pipelines, save the coal and steel industries, and massively deregulate everything (starting with all the global warming bullshit ones).

Obama did all that too, so he should get credit for the booming Trump economy too. Right.
