I've always been under the impression that fucking around on your spouse had little to do with who receives what as a result of divorce.
Well thats true, but in this case, the damage is done. He (whoever he is) is divorcing her for infidelity. She is a whore and a whore is ALL about money. Any woman who complains about the salt on the peanuts, taking shoes off at the airport (which is also too hot) is going to be spoiled/enabled enough in life to feel that (just by her saying "I do" to a man that she clearly never loved nor did she respect) she is entitled to half of everything he has for the nerve of divorcing her. That is how a whore thinks. After all, why would a whore have consented to marrying a man she isn't attracted to were it not for his money? Being faithful is impossible and he should have known better (at least in her mind that is the case.)eCat wrote:I've always been under the impression that fucking around on your spouse had little to do with who receives what as a result of divorce.

She is not entitled to half of what he has. She entitled to half of what he made while they were married. Which isn't much and she won't get much if anythinginnocentbystander wrote:Well thats true, but in this case, the damage is done. He (whoever he is) is divorcing her for infidelity. He needs a good lawyer. Maybe DS should send him an email?
Good thing those Coast Guard weren't former Ferguson PD or they would have shot you (or at the very least, hit your boat with tear gas.)Jungle Rat wrote:Got pulled over by the Coast Guard today. That's a first. Routine inspection probably trying to teach my daughters about boater safety. They were cool. Still though, it's like getting pulled over by a cop on the road. Your adrenaline starts pumping even though you know you're cool yet you have that split second to stop or flee. I thought about fleeing for a second because I knew I was good and it would sorta be fun. Then I saw the gun on the front. We stopped. Thank God I have all my warrants cleared up.
Because if it is some crazy son of a bitch like IB who isn't worth the hassle and will cause far more issues than he (or she) is worth, they can't afford what I will charge to deal with their crap, and I will refer them to other attorneys.Cletus wrote:Why would DS refer his competition?
I don't either. I hire people to figure out that stuff.innocentbystander wrote:Good thing those Coast Guard weren't former Ferguson PD or they would have shot you (or at the very least, hit your boat with tear gas.)Jungle Rat wrote:Got pulled over by the Coast Guard today. Rat we were talking about moving our boat from the Arizona lakes region to San Diego (and the sea) getting a slip in Cali. Serious question, how often do you have to work on the motors to clean out the salt water if you put in on the sea? Ours is an inboard engine (260 cubic inches) basically just a V-8 car engine. Nothing special. It is almost 28 years old but it has never touched salt water. I have no idea how to maintain a motorboat on salt water.
